Oro Valley Dental Group

Our visit to Oro Valley Dental Group was a very positive experience. Dr. Lacy, along with his staff, were extremely warm and pleasant, and we felt that all of our questions were answered, along with explanations of different procedures.

My first visit was about perfect. I recently switched to Oro Valley Dental, and very happy so far. I feel they really listen and that creates an easy and seamless experience. Everyone is friendly and it seems like the staff enjoy each other, their work, and their patients. I’ve been looking for the right fit for me, and am glad I landed here. It’s amazing what a difference it makes when providers seem authentic and the office is genuinely a pleasant place to be.

I needed to find a new dentist because my old dentist is out of network. One of my former student's mom works for Oro Valley Dental Group. What a pleasant trip to the dentist. Yes, I said it. I was calm. Everyone that I came in contact with was kind, friendly, and there for me. Melinda was thorough, and explained everything that was going on. Thank you.

Firstly, Tomasa is the best hygienist in my adult life. And the office is very well run with friendly helpful staff. The dentists are thoughtful and practical and offer top notch care. It’s a wonderful dental office.

Strange as it might sound for a dental office, this was a happy place! The dentists, hygienists, and assistants were all chatting, laughing, and being light-hearted in general. Sheila, Dr. Santiago, and Melinda explained thoroughly what they were going to do and their findings. I explained to Melinda that my bottom teeth were sensitive. She used a product that acted like novacain, but without the needle, and she has a very gentle touch. I felt no pain during the cleaning. The offices were clean, inviting, and state-of-the-art. I highly recommend Oro Valley Dental Group!

I recently switched dental practices and had my first visit with Oro Valley Dental Group. I thought it was great. Plenty of front desk staff, all friendly and helpful. Great communication prior to the visit (obtaining my x-rays and records from my previous dental practice, scheduling, billing/insurance, patient forms), which helped make the visit go smoothly. I was seen right on time, the imaging equipment was modern, the x-ray technician (Shelia), dentist (Dr. Walker), and hygienist (I am so sorry, I forgot her name but she was great!), were all excellent in terms of ensuring I felt comfortable (and in Dr. Walker’s case, explaining what areas of potential concern there are and how they could be treated) and in the execution of the imaging and the cleaning. No pain, no lectures, just thorough diagnosis and advice. If I have a crown or any kind of follow up procedure, I’ll update this review but I’m happy as is.
