Dr Gallagher is very friendly , warm and always has this pleasant demeanor when communicating with the patient. He has great bedside care. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and answers all your questions PLEASANTLY. Been going here for my dental needs since 2018 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His staff is very friendly as well. 100% recommend !

My wife and I moved to the area 4 years ago and became new patients to Overland Park Dental and Dr. Gallagher at that time. I have always had anxiety about the dentist my entire life but I can say without a doubt Dr Gallagher and the entire staff make it as easy and stress free as it can possibly be. Earlier today I went in to have some work done that frankly had me tense but Dr Gallagher had me at ease as he explained exactly what he was going to do step by step and let me know these steps as he was performing. His assistant was top notch and I felt a level of calm I have never experienced in a dentist chair...and I am close to 60 years of age. If you are uneasy about the dentist I would encourage you to give Overland Park Family Dental a call and speak to Gail to get the process started, she is awesome along with the rest of the staff here.

Dr. Gallagher did a great job with a couple of fillings that I needed to get replaced. Everything was quick and painless and the fillings feel great! I usually see Cassie for cleanings and she does a great job and is super friendly! When I went in this time Jill was available for the time I needed and was very impressed with how thorough she was - both super excellent hygienists! The front desk really does everything in their power to work with insurance to make patients lives easier as well. I love the updated technology they use which makes me comfortable that nothing gets missed. I definitely will continue to trust Dr. Gallagher's team to take care of my smile!

I just had my first visit yesterday-This is a wonderful dental office. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Gail at the front desk is personable and very knowledgeable, great at explaining benefits and scheduling. I was seen in a timely manner (almost no waiting time). The office is clean and accommodating, with private exam rooms.The machines appear to be the newest technology, and I appreciated being able to see my pictures and X-rays appear instantly on the screen provided so I could understand exactly what was going on. Dr. Gallagher is patient, friendly, confident, and thorough. He addressed my concerns and questions, and was able to identify issues that my previous dentist had missed. This team has quickly gained my trust. I have nothing negative to say about my first experience here. I truly feel that I am in good hands!

I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of all the staff, as well as the quality of care they provided me. The receptionist at the front desk was one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered in the healthcare industry, and that says a lot since I also work in the field. She made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the doors. Dr. Gallagher was also great- he explained everything to me as he was doing it, it made me feel more comfortable to know what was going on and what to expect. His assistant was extremely sweet and gentle, which helped me feel at ease even before beginning the exam. It was all around a great experience and I highly recommend.
