I went to Synergy Endodontics for a potential root canal. The whole staff was very professional and solicitous of my time and needs. Dr. Barrios was highly skilled and thorough. After taking a CT scan earlier in the day, he called me at home at 7:00 pm that night to inform me as to next steps. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely use them as my go to endodontic office.

I had a great experience at Synergy Endodontics. Dr. Li and his staff were amazing from the moment I walked in. I showed up nervous — the kind of nervous where you start overthinking your own breathing — and Dr. Li immediately clocked it. Instead of pushing ahead, he actually recommended waiting and rescheduling, which ended up being perfect for my insurance anyway. His bedside manner is top‑tier: calm, kind, and somehow able to make you feel like you’re not being dramatic even when you absolutely are. And his staff? Cool, patient, and genuinely reassuring. They turned what could’ve been a meltdown into a “wow, that went way better than expected” moment. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: 2/12/2026 I received a personal call from Dr. Lim, who unfortunately confirmed that the tooth cannot be saved. I'm still blown away by this level of care; he took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and ensured a seamless handoff by contacting Dr. Jang immediately. Within hours, Dr. Jang's office reached out to schedule the extraction. The synergy and fluid communication between these two offices have been outstanding. 2/11/2026 I was referred to Dr. Lim for a complex cavity, and even though I’ve only completed the consultation, I am incredibly impressed. The office reached out 30 minutes prior to let me know they were running behind, which I really appreciated. The space feels like a minimalistic spa - very clean and welcoming. The staff is top tier; the assistant was attentive, offering me a neck pillow, water, and even a USB drive with my digital X-rays. After a thorough CT scan, Dr. Lim took the time to explain my options in depth. Rather than rushing into a root canal, he chose to reschedule the procedure so he could study the images further to ensure the best course in trying to save the tooth. I’m especially glad they offer laser-assisted treatment. While it’s an out-of-pocket cost (which they gave me a clear breakdown of immediately), the precision and sterile nature of the laser are worth it to me. Dr. Lim is clearly committed to the best possible outcome. I’ll update after the procedure, but I highly recommend them for their transparency and care!

Professional office with helpful staff. Dr Berrios was very impressive. Knowledgeable and patient. Not only took time to carefully explain my situation, he was experienced and insightful enough to ask me a question about my teeth which no other dentist had ever done. His intuition was correct which helped partially explain the potentially cause of my issue. Plus he went out of his way to call me on a Friday night to review my CT scan and share his professional assessment of my options. You don't see this kind considerate and attentive service often out here in the desert. I can't speak to his root canal skills yet but based on this consultation and everything I heard, Dr Berrios is top notch. He also teaches at UCLA. Highly recommend to the point that I don't want the secret to get out.
