Pine Grove Family Dental

I have been getting my regular check ups at this office for years as well as my family. I have always had very friendly hygienists!! The front office staff is very welcoming and the doctors are great. I would highly recommend this Office

My experience with Pine Grove Dental is exceptional. The hygienist is very professional, yet makes me feel so comfortable with her friendly personality. She does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and identifying if I need to be referred to a dentist for further treatment. I had a chipped front tooth. I was impressed the dentist was able to correct my tooth the same day I had my cleaning. The dentist matched my filling perfectly to match my other teeth. I highly recommend this dental office for professional dental services.

Dr. Bryce Retzloof has been wonderful throughout the process in dealing with upper and lower denture with implants. He listened to all my concerns and has taken the time to fabricate both dentures that fitted perfectly together. I am very pleased and admired all his efforts in making sure that the appliances were done right. The results are perfect teeth and I can smile again with confidence. Thank you so much Dr. Retzloof and I am forever grateful to you.

We all hate going to the dentist but this place is so great at making you feel relaxed and understanding your situation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They also communicate extremely well with what’s going on in your mouth and what needs to happen moving forward.

I felt welcome and relaxed during my appointment. Dr. Harmon and Paulette were very professional and got good results. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

In July, Dr. Foutz filled a cavity in a tooth that really needed a root canal and it caused me alot if pain until I could find a better dentist. She put a crown on another tooth but two days before it was to be put in, the office called to tell me they were out-of-network with my plan and I would need to pay out of pocket if I wanted to proceed. Previously, they had assured me they were in network. They had already taken a mold and had the crown created. At that point, I had a temporary so I felt I had to proceed. My only other choice would be to try to find a dentist willing to pick up where she left off. The staff is so nice but Dr. Foutz seemed as if she didn't want to treat me. I tried to talk to her about the pain I was experiencing on the left side of my face and jaw and she said it sounded like fibromyalgia. That was the end of the conversation. I stayed with her long enough to fix the 2 teeth I was having pain with but in the end, she didn't fix the problem and my pain continued. She was not empathetic at all and didn't really seem to care that I came to her because I was in pain and needed her help.
