Dental Studio of Pasadena

Been going here for three or four years now. It’s always been hit or miss. It’s as if they don’t value your time. I make an appointment for 11am, I don’t get sat in the chair until 11:50, then they numb me and say they’ll be back in a minute. Then 20+ minutes go by and I’m standing up stretching, going to the bathroom, sitting in the other chair in the room. No one comes in and apologizes for the time wasted, no one seems to care. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Looking to move dentistry’s now. As other reviewers have noted, the service has gone down hill a little bit. Thought it was just me thinking that, but good to see others think it too. So disappointed.

I’ve had one cleaning and a filling here 8 months ago and I just showed up for appointment today at 11AM for a cleaning and waited over 50 mins to be seen and then the dentist was gaslighting his workers right in front of me and it wasn’t even the dentist I had worked with in the past. Very unprofessional I won’t be coming back.

this place is a scam - tried to upsell me on procedures not needed. then quoted me a lump sum for all the "dental work" they said i needed done which was over 6k. when i asked for an itemized breakdown so i could see which procedures i wanted to move forward with, they ignored me. they have ignored my follow ups and now I have to pay for xrays with a new provider again. google reviews are fake, look at this place on yelp

I I have been going to this office for several years. Initially it was to have several extractions done and then ultimately to have implants and dentures done. Previous to this last visit everything and everyone were professional and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied. However, For this last appointment, Things seem to have changed greatly. I called to make an appointment to have my dentures relined. I made it very clear that I needed a morning appointment so I could have the dentures back the same day or the next morning. The dentist and assistant had no clue why I was there. They cleaned the dentures. The dentist looked in my mouth and said everything was good. When I asked them about the reclining they were unaware of why I was there. They said I would need another appointment, which I agreed to. However, they said I would be without my dentures for 3 days. Totally unacceptable. I will not be back. I don't know what changed the quality of care here,but it is a loss for us.

I had an amazing time at Dental Studio of Pasadena! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Mauricio was gentle and explained everything really well. His assistant Ani was also amazing - she made sure I was super comfortable the whole time. The office was clean and modern, which made me feel even more at ease. They really make going to the dentist a breeze! They also provide me with some staff for my after-procedure oral hygiene! I highly recommend them! ♥️
