Dr. Burton Ogata and Associates

This is for KAYLA TORRES , review of her practice because she took over for Dr. Ogata . Sneaky as can be. Sneaky secretaries at the front . Was there for an emergency visit on the 5th with Ogata . Been going there 15+ years . I came in saw him , and after he said I was all set for the visit . When I return I had Kayla Torres people yelling at me I have a 268 dollar bill , I said I’d take care of it but it was SNEAKY the way it was done . No bill was sent to my house nor was a phone call . Had zero idea so when I came in for my cleaning I paid the 140$ for the cleaning but instead these sneaky ladies charged my card 268$ for everything. Even though I did not authorize that they took it upon themselves to just charge my card so DO NOT LEAVE Cards on file with them THEY WILL JUST CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY FEEL LIKE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE . I’ve never even met the Dentist Or seen her so to be charged by her and her people when I was still seeing Dr Ogata is beyond sneaky.

I would never change from the outstanding staff and great work that this practice provides. Doctor's Ogata and Torres are the best as well as the entire staff whom are excellent! The proof is some of the friends and family members which I recommended to tDr. Ogata and Dr. Torres thanking me for the referrals. I am happy to be a patient. Thank you.

I recently had a root canal and crown put on. The Dentist and assistant, gave me excellent professional care. I am normally very anxious going to the dentist, however, they put me at ease and I was completely relaxed while having the work completed. My prior Dentist retired and Ogata and Associates were highly recommended to me. I'm so glad I went there. They are very skilled, answered any questions I had, and put me at ease. I highly recommend them!!

Always warm atmosphere in his office. I've went through more than 10 dentists before I found Dr. Ogata and Dr.Adriano and I've been there all my appointments without any worrying about my teeth. I recommended all my friends and my family members.

It's always a pleasure to visit my dentist! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful with aiding me to navigate my insurance company. Doctor Ogata is the nicest man, a true gentleman always concerned about my comfort. I have and will always recommend him to anyone seeking dental care.

Dr. Ogata is the BEST dentist around and so is his staff. They make you feel comfortable and are very friendly and make you a priority very easy to talk to. They also have a very clean office which is a plus. I have had Dr Ogata for many years. I trust his work and his advice completely. I highly recommend him he's definitely 5 Star Dentist.❤
