The single bitewing images they took weren't submitted to my insurance even though they're in-network and my insurance covers up to four of them per year. I also made a payment of $200 and my statement showed that only $177 was deducted from the balance. My bill was adjusted accordingly after contacting them.

I am a type 2 diabetic and missed my last cleaning appointment. Sonya was scheduled to do my cleaning, and I am thankful that she was, she was extremely thorough and gentle. I strongly recommend Sonya to everyone as she has an amazing work ethic, passion for the field, and a complete understanding of patient needs and concerns. She is amazing!!!

Absolute best dentist I've ever been to. Was able to seen that day. Took me right away. Everyone I dealt with was beyond nice and friendly. The Dr. at this practice is my hero and saved me from so much pain. She even followed up with me after I was referred to a specialist to see how I made out. She pulled strings to make sure I was seen today due to my excruciating pain. I have been to manyyyyy dentists since I was a kid and the woman Dr. I saw at the Peabody location was beyond phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else. I can't express how thankful I am to have found this practice and Dr. THANK YOU THANK YOU
