I am very saddened and disappointed to have to write this review. I saw the Facebook ad and checked out the reviews which were phenomenal plus they provided service to my favorite ballers was an extra plus I figured!! They accepted my insurance and even provided a link for financing for which I was approved for !! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities,this was my dream place... What could go wrong??? Hadeer was very responsive to all my questions via email which meant a lot to me... I was a bit apprehensive about the cancellation policies which varies from a $100 to possible up to $8000 or more if you had to reschedule surgery within a month., I was still willing to take that gamble..however I had a persistent cough from mild controlled COPD and after checking with my Dr, he recommended I get clearance from pulmonologist. They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... They did not have care or compassion to tell me I am not their ideal candidate, I would be writing a 5 star review instead. PROCEED with CAUTION or you may pay with your life or health...

I had to come in for a deep scaling cleaning with Rebecca and she is just extremely good at what she does. I've gotten my fair share of regulat cleanings as well as deep cleanings and the experience with her was simply so much better. From the very beginning she went out of her way to ensure that I didn't experience any pain and then she proceeded to do the most thorough cleaning I've ever received. She informed me of so much information that I was basically left with no questions to ask. As someone that sometimes put off these type of deep cleanings, she sets the bar so high that I actually want to come back. Just incredible.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years for my dentist appointment and have not left disappointed, confused nor nervous about a procedure. They provide a high quality service and greet you with respect, professionalism and gentleness. The past few times Phoenix has taken care of me, and makes sure I leave every appointment with all my questions answered and is very gentle and considerate when performing any procedures. As it is located in center city the only downside is that it can be tough to fond parking nearby.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. They are so kind, gentle, & quick! From cleanings to cavity fillings - for someone who is anxious with needles, procedures, etc. - they are 10/10!

I had an amazing experience with the entire team—Aishah, Phoenix, Hadeer, Dr. Patel, and Melina. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and professional, and they took the time to explain everything about my dental health and Invisalign treatment so I felt confident in the process. You can really tell this team cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. The atmosphere is warm, positive, and very professional. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they gave me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental team. You will definitely be in amazing hands here!

DO NOT GO THERE. I repeat, DO NOT GO THERE, here is the reason. I went there for dental implants and porcelain veneers. At first, they will give you all the attention you need until they get payed. Then they will reschedule you until rescheduling becomes your routing. One day they had me scheduled, they waited until I got into the office and waited for like 10 minutes, then they canceled the appointment. Second, it takes them for ever to make a simple crown, two moths at least. Went to Miami, did all of my veneers (top and bottom) within one week. Even if they get your crowns, they don't let you know. You always have to call and check on them. Think, they will call you back and let you, think again. Last but not least, I've asked them multiple times in person and by emails to send me all of the documents related to my treatment since I started going there, but guest what, STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THEM YET. Not talking about how rude and unprofessional they are. Oh and did I mentioned that they tried to charge my insurance twice for the same treatment which was already paid? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Friendly staff, quality work, and affordable. They also check in regularly before doing stuff to make sure you’re comfortable/not stressed. They do schedule out quite a bit (and have limited business hours/days) so it can be hard to get a non-emergency appointment, but if you do have an emergency pop up they get you right in.

Dentistry For Life has made any worries regarding my oral hygiene disappear!! When I first started my treatment, I was a bit nervous due to issues with previous dental offices, but the staff made sure I was comfortable and was beyond patient with me. As a college student, it can be difficult to fit self care into your schedule but DFL was always communicative about openings and solutions to get me seen.The atmosphere is welcoming and warm even on the coldest days and the nature videos played on the tvs will forever make my experiences better!
