Dr.Moore has helped me so much with my anxiety with the dentist. she is so personable and understands how you’re feeling. I LOVE LULU ALSO🩷🩷🩷 Emma & Autumn are super easy to talk to about concerns & they explain everything before doing anything!! THEY HAVE THE BEST TEAM😆

I don’t always enjoy going to the dentist. Actually, nobody enjoys going to the dentist. But when I do, I go to Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore doesn’t find cavities. Cavities surrender and identify themselves. Plaque brushes Dr. Moore off of itself. When she tells you that you need a crown, the crown considers it an honor. The tooth fairy refers difficult cases to her. I once arrived with a toothache. The tooth apologized. She is the most interesting dentist in the world. I don’t always recommend someone putting sharp metal objects inside your mouth, but when I do, I recommend Dr. Moore. All jokes aside, she’s seriously the only person I trust with my teeth. She’s phenomenal at what she does, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It is a rare occurrence to enjoy your visit to the dentist. This was my first time at South Hills Dental Arts (Craftton/Ingram) and I needed an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth on a Sunday and was able to get a quick appointment in less than a 36 hours. The dental assistants were kind, wonderful and professional. The young man who handled the financial piece - was delightful. My dentist took the time to listen to me, my worries and she was friendly and made this whole thing bearable. She even did a permanent crown same day! She literally had my entire problem solved in less than 3.5 hours with no pain. I already set up a cleaning and they will for sure be my new dentist office. Great job!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at South Hills Dental Arts in Ingram! This was by far one of the most welcoming and pleasant dental experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, Lauren and Emerson at the front desk were incredibly friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. Autumn and Emma, the dental assistants, were wonderful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. Dr. Kim Moore was exceptional. My procedure was completely painless and streamlined to perfection. Everything was explained clearly, I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was comfortable from beginning to end. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to create an environment where you feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in the treatment you’re receiving. I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my cleaning with Lulu, the hygienist, I know she’ll be phenomenal! I would absolutely recommend South Hills Dental Arts to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience.

Dr. Moore has a patient-centered approach to care that makes a typically stressful visit so much easier. The staff members were all very kind and attentive, and they were able to work with my schedule to get me in quickly when I was in pain. I would highly recommend this office for anyone seeking a new regular dentist or emergency care.

Haven't been to a dentist in quite so time,but South Hills Dental Arts, have done so well with their services. They inform me of my teeth and what can be done. I felt comfortable with the help of the staff, and doctors made sure it was as painless as possible.

Very welcoming, courteous, professional staff. I went due to an abscess tooth from a crown falling out., the tooth beside the crown is abscessed. They were very respectful of my dental wishes to NOT do another crown and just pull the affected tooth, after antibiotics, of course!

Dr. Moore took my calls after hours and responded very quickly when my crown cracked. I really appreciate Dr. Moore and her team for taking care of me during that time. They treated me with great respect and fixed my teeth.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to - and I strongly dislike dentist appointments. They are so caring and informative as they work on your teeth. They truly do everything possible to improve your dental hygiene and make you comfortable while they work. Lulu is the best!! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this dental office for about 7 years, and I can honestly say I love coming here. The entire team is always so friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly take the best care of you. Over the years, my dental issues have completely decreased thanks to their attention and care, and now we’re just focusing on regular maintenance and keeping my smile beautiful.
