Texas Dental and Dr. Wilson Lo have been my dental group and primary dentist for the last 6 years and I consider myself fortunate to have found them. The stellar review I’m giving them is with some hesitation because it will mean that more and more patients will want to have Dr. Lo as their dentist which means that his current patients may find it harder to get appointments with him because he’s in such high demand. But I’m willing to take that risk because I firmly believe EVERYONE has a right to have access to the best doctors and dentists that are out there and Dr. Wilson Lo is among the best Dentists in the DFW area. His bedside manner is exceptional and his approach to his patient’s care and comfort is excellent. He explains everything he is doing, and will do, in detail and is extremely thorough from start to finish in his treatments. To be sure, going to the dentist makes many people feel uncomfortable. Dr. Lo’s approach makes the patient feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. If it were possible to give Dr. Lo more stars than just 5 I would do so with unqualified enthusiasm. He’s that good. If you’re looking for a new dentist or new to the Dallas area, choosing Texas Dental and Dr. Wilson Lo as your primary dentist will be the best decision you ever made. Both he and the Texas Dental staff are first rate!

At every level this is a great dental practice. I have been a patient of Dr Lo’s since 2015 and have always had great care. Dr Lo is very professional and caring as are the staff there; I highly recommend them.

I have had my dental work done at Texas Dental for over a decade now, it’s always a great experience, from the front desk staff greeting you when you walk in, to the hygienist, the dentists, and even the check out staff. Everyone works well together, and things go smoothly (usually). I’d recommend trying out Texas Dental if you are looking for a new dentist in the Plano area. Parking at their location can sometimes be a challenge, and that’s the only reason why they aren’t given a five star rating.

Couldn’t be happier with my visit today. They completely fixed my concern about my permanent retainer coming loose in minutes and with the greatest care and concern. I also received thorough advice on how to care for my gums in the future. Me and my entire family trust Dr. Lo with all of our dental concerns, and I was so impressed by Sandra who assisted Dr. Lo and Carlos as well. Even though I have moved to Dallas, I come here over every other closer option and it’s well worth it.

I’ve faced some complex dental issues due to a corrected underbite from my youth. Dr. Wilson Lo took my case on and went above and beyond to fix everything and ensure I was satisfied and happy with the way I felt about my teeth. He did such a good job that I actually teared up after one of his procedures where he solved problems that I didn’t think possible to repair. He did all of this while trying to ensure it was cost effective for me. I am forever grateful to Dr. Lo, he truly cares about what he does and about his patients, and he is a master in the art of dentistry. The staff at Texas Dental are professional and kind. It’s easy to reach them by phone and they respond quickly if I need a document emailed to me. They are efficient when filing insurance claims. Dr. Wilson Lo has been my dentist for 20 years. I’ve had crowns, a root canal, fillings, Invisalign, permanent retainers, and regular cleanings. I referred my husband to him after his dentist retired and the new one couldn’t resolve a recurring infection after a root canal. Dr. Lo saw him quickly, knew what the problem was, and fixed it. My husband healed and is doing well. My son used to get very anxious at the dentist’s office. He started seeing Marsha, a hygienist who has experience with neurodivergent children, and now he is comfortable getting cleanings. Dr. Lo also has experience and is patient and understanding with neurodivergent kids. Over the years, I’ve lived in different cities in the northern suburbs, and now live a 45 minute drive away from their office, but it’s worth it to continue to get dental care from them.

This has easily been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The wait time is always minimal, and the entire staff is consistently welcoming and professional. From the front desk to the dental assistants, hygienist, and the dentist everyone works with a positive attitude and genuine care. They took the time to answer every question I had, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed or treated like just another customer instead, they made me feel like a valued client. A special shoutout to Crystal and Dr. Pepper for being incredibly thorough and attentive. Their attention to detail and care truly set this office apart.
