Dr. John Sheehan took care of me. I had a toothache, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning. The check-in staff was polite. The dental tech promptly took my Xray. Dr. Sheehan's bedside manners were impeccable. He tested my bad tooth by palpation, to hot and cold sensitivity, and explained in details why he want to stay conservative instead of rushing to a root canal. The whole experience was wonderful. 5/5 would recommend. I feel better and I am going back for a regular cleaning soon.

I had the most impressive visit at the Seaview facility with the staff being very friendly and a really cozy and comfortable setting. The dentist and aide were very generous and professional. I received excellent care and had my problem solved with complete satisfaction. I will be looking forward to future visits. Thank you.

Always have a great experience at North Shore Dentistry. Office is clean and spacious with ample parking . Staff is kind and courteous. Wait time is minimal. Dental assistants are professional and friendly and do a great painless job with cleanings. Dr Mendocha is the best! Along with always asking correctly about family members she is a great dentist. Today I had my routine dental cleaning today and, as always, it was an excellent experience. Dr. Mendocha continues to exemplify kindness and professionalism. She is thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and consistently ensures that everything is clearly explained. I was also introduced to my new dental hygienist, Adriana, who was outstanding. She was attentive, meticulous, and truly exercised patient-centered care with thoughtfulness and compassion. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit. And I must recognize Priscilla, whose compassion genuinely sets this practice apart. She even reached out to check on me when I underwent an unrelated surgery back in June. That level of care goes far beyond routine service — it reflects a team that truly values their patients as people. Grateful for such a dedicated, professional, and compassionate dental team.
