Absolutely love my experience here! Terri is amazing and truly makes every visit such a positive one. She has the best energy, keeps everyone smiling, and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and brings so much positivity to the office. Thank you, Terri, for always making appointments a great experience!

If Natalie recommends getting laser treatment for your gums, I HIGHLY recommend listening! I had very inflamed gums for years and all my previous dentists just kept telling me to floss. The first day I went to Natalie she recommended the laser treatment and I saw improvement within the first few hours. 3 months late my gums are no longer inflamed, they don’t bleed from a simple brush and floss, and I actually feel comfortable when I smile too wide in pictures! All the staff at this office are very nice, so helpful, and they aren’t the kind of place that will try to push you into all sorts of unnecessary costs. Everything is laid out before they start, so there’s no unexpected charges before you leave the office. Natalie has been great every time I visit, very sweet, very gentle, and honest which I highly appreciate in the person who handles the part of my body I’m extra sensitive about, so I will be sure that every time I visit I make sure my appointment is with her!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Manal. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain everything and was gentle and professional throughout my visit. The entire staff was welcoming, and the office had a warm, positive atmosphere. It was an overall fabulous experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Manal to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist!!

Went in as an emergency patient with lots of pain. I'm so grateful they accepted me as a walk-in. The staff was awesome. They are very helpful and friendly. Thank you to Dr. Manal and terri for making me feel so comfortable during my procedure. To the woman I'm sorry I forgot your name who helped me with financial you were so sweet and helpful to my situation. I'm glad I chose your facility. Looking forward to future visits with you all.

Dr. Simmons and Rocio did an amazing job with my crowns I recently got. I was anxious but thankfully Dr. Simmons is a very patient, caring, and attentive dentist. I appreciate his knowledge and the reassurance. I have also got multiple services done here like cleaning, whitening, etc with other staff. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names, but they all make me feel comfortable and always listen and answer my one hundred questions. I greatly appreciate all of the caring staff. I will continue to come here for any routine visits and other services as needed, thank you!!

From beginning to end, my experience at Smiles Dentistry was excellent. Everyone was very kind, informative, and well-trained. Dr. Simmons did a fantastic job explaining the results for my exam, and providing advice on how to take care of my teeth better in the long-term. Aylene, my hygienist, made sure I was comfortable during the entire deep-cleaning process, and also explained the tools she was using as she was using them. It was one of the smoothest cleaning experiences I've ever had. My only small critique was the time between seeing my dentist and seeing my hygienist took a bit long, but to me that is just a demand thing, so I'm not super surprised given at how well she did.

Had my first visit at this Dentist today and I would say overall the experience was as pleasant as it can be for a dentist visit. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Manal seemed very thorough with the procedure, as did Terri who assisted her. It was a long visit but you don’t really want to go somewhere where they are rushing certain procedures, and costly ones. Rocio was so sweet and checked in on me and assured me of how much more time I would expect, which I really appreciated, especially when you might not know why you’re waiting. So overall a good experience and a dentist I would recommend.

Dr. Simmons is wonderful! My husband and I had our first experience with him today. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Natalie is also our favorite. She is very experienced and keeps our teeth healthy and clean. The whole office staff takes very good care of us. We certainly recommend this office.
