Everyone is so friendly. Very pleasant experience. They are always very prompt and professional. No waiting around in the waiting room for your appointment. They take you in right away. It’s hard to imagine a dental appointment being a pleasant experience, but the staff does all they can to make you comfortable and keep you informed of what they are doing. I highly recommend Sala especially if you have had unpleasant experiences in the past. They are awesome.

Love love love my Invisalign experience here! I was so nervous and everyone made me feel so welcome and confident in my smile. Jason and Tammy were wonderful and they assured me that I would be satisfied with my results. Happy tears for sure!

It has been the most difficult year for me, trying to keep faith in humanity. Since Christmas night, it seems that my all around Hope is slowly disappearing to, not go outside and meet people. After my first year with Sala Sal dentistry, I was rather impressed with their form of insurance and they care that I was getting particularly by Nina who is incredibly outstanding and everything that I would think of a person to be in a business. She’s very pleasant she gets down to business and to me I’ve enjoyed every experience in every interaction I had with her. Unfortunately, it stops there. I was in outer shock on my second year and paying for insurance. I was alarmed that my bill was $260 from what I thought was a normal cleaning. The first year I only encountered fees for the laser treatment in the fluoride, which really wasn’t too bad. I don’t believe that they were ever over 100.. My last visit, which was I guess my third visit with having insurance was a very uncomfortable feeling feeling that I felt like that. I’ve been duped and really misled because I was so excited about the insurance from the first year that when I signed up the second time I just asked is it gonna be the same as the first year and I was just told yes. So embarrassed because I was so upset when I was told I had to basically a $270 bill. All I could do is just say Bill me and I walked out.. The girl that presented me with the figure was in my mind, pretty rude and didn’t even try to say anything or do anything to make my uncomfortableness feel better. I almost feel ashamed at the price and not knowing that I was gonna have to pay that I didn’t have that kind of money on me or in my account.. This is a year that I’ve been dealing with my beloved roommate, which is a Persian cat being poisoned by what I believe is by my neighbors and for whatever reason do not want me living in the neighborhood I need Construction so yes, I get home late sometimes, and it could be loud I guess at times I work hard takes a lot to be a Handy Man. It’s not easy but I probably have spent about $3500 for Vet bills for Sadie my cat trying to save her from basically an attack on her life.. With that said, I just never knew those cost we’re gonna be that high with insurance from just a normal cleaning and again I am pretty embarrassed about the whole thing but also highly upset on how I was basically not explained after asking if it was gonna be the same as the first year I just assumed that would be something that I didn’t need at this particular time. I’ve been hit hard this year. I’ve lost a lot of work because of my beloved Sadie being sick and I just really left a really bad impression on me about Sal dentistry. Nina is the greatest thing that ever for my teeth thank you from the bottom of my heart but after the way, I was treated on the day that they told me my bill was 270 and then a phone call afterwards I can say that the people that work behind DOORS business office and that’s the type of people that I would have in my business. They instantly get rude with you from just asking questions and I felt even more. Should I say lame and pouring. I couldn’t afford your services after that phone call and they said that if you don’t pay the bill it’s gonna go to collections that was the saddest thing have told to me because I have good credit. That’s all I have so the threat really made me feel like this was not the place to keep my faith in humanity when things go bad they go bad. They were not kind at all what came to talking about the bill? I still feel highly embarrassed, but if I was anybody that was on a budget, I would definitely be careful of Sal dentistry and their insurance and how they explain it to you Sonia you are the best, but after the way, I was treated by your business office personnel, I would never go back and I will tell all my friends and clients the same, especially if they’re on a budget so the way I look at it with the insurance and three cleanings it cost me pretty close to $900. I’m not even sure what the average costs of a cleaning is guess

Marketing vs. Reality: A breakdown in care and communication. I was a patient at this practice for years, but this recent occurrence has forced my family to permanently leave due to distinct clinical and administrative failures. This practice promotes a patient-first, customer-service oriented culture online, but my experience revealed a significant gap between their marketing and their actual operations. During a recent procedure, the treating dentist talked over me to the hygienist regarding a major treatment change and failed to provide any direct explanation of the care plan. When I called the office to request a different provider for future visits and to seek clarity on my treatment plan, my phone inquiries were deflected. The office manager simply repeated that the treatment was recommended and attempted to rush me into scheduling the procedure without letting me consult with a different dentist first. Because my phone requests for a resolution were ignored, I shifted communication entirely to email to maintain a paper trail. Over the course of over four weeks, my formal written communications went completely unanswered by management. Instead of providing the requested written resolution or a consultation with a new dentist, the practice eventually ceased all communication. A business is defined by how it handles a poor experience; this office chose a month of avoidance over basic patient care. I have already transferred my care away from this office—this review reflects a closed chapter, not an ongoing dispute. Any automated response below asking us to email a care team is an empty gesture, as management chose to ignore our actual emails for weeks.

The dental hygienist, Cassie is the best and most thorough dental cleanings I have ever had. She has been my hygienist for years and is just awesome. Besides being thorough, I never feel rushed, is always focused on my dental health, and general health and well being. She is very pleasant, and I feel is genuinely concerned about not only my dental health but for me as a person. My experience with the dentist's when dental work is needed is always excellent care. I highly recommend Sala Dental Practice.

I had the best experience after a very long day at work. I was the first appointment of the day, which also happens to be when I go to bed. As a night shift worker, the last thing you want to do is go to the dentist. I was just getting new Invisalign trays. Nothing earth shattering. Tammy had other plans. We chatted like we’d known each other for years, trading movie and book suggestions, all while actually getting to the business at hand. I love Sala for all my dentistry needs. The staff are all great and everyone makes you feel like they just saw you last week and you’re just catching up. (I promise I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer)

I love Sala Family Dentistry! Everyone is approachable and caring. Esp Ms. Heidi, she is one of the BEST Dental Hygienist I’ve worked with! I don’t do a lot of reviews but this is the least I can do for the amazing work she did! She is professional, caring and exceptional! She is for sure an ASSET to the company. Thank you! If I could rate 100/10!
