My second time coming to best smiles I love the staff they are very nice and respectful especially when I first called I spoke with the scheduling lady she sweet and professional the young lady Nay that is Dr Kumar assistant she is so sweet as well Mr. Kumar is very helpful he was so kind he worked with me even though I was being a big baby lol he gave me time I really appreciate this place I would definitely recommend this place to anyone ☝🏾

When visiting Best Smiles I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Dr. Kumar was professional and had updated tools to make my visit better. His team made me feel comfortable for my first visit and I plan on making this my new home dentistry.

Dr. Kumar is very friendly and makes an efficient use of his time getting you in and out while also taking time to explain the answers to any questions you may have. The DA, Mercedes I believe, is very helpful and def makes you feel comfortable. And then the moment you walk in, Mena is fantastic! She is exceptionally nice and will go out of her way to explain anything about what to expect for future appointments or what to expect for billing with the insurance. It'd a great team of lovely folks :)

The Staff and Dr Kumar are amazingly wonderful. Very quick and does great work. Patient and therall about his work and your health. Exceptional.!! I hope he doesn't leave from Richmond VA ever. My Root Canal didn't give me any problems or pain.

Very nice staff from the moment i walked in. I was a hour early and they did not make me wait. I am a full-time wheelchair user and they made accommodations from the xrays to the cleaning where i didnt have to get out of my chair. Mercedes and Dr. Kumar answered all my questions and explained everything very well. And Mercedes also took her time with cleaning my teeth, patience in this office is GREAT. i will recommend this office to anybody looking for a dentist office.

Dr.Kumar and his staff were great. This was the best dentist visit I've ever experienced. The staff was nice and they got you finished in a timely manner.

This office is the BEST as far as dentist and staff. Everyone is great and ensures you have a pleasurable experience even when you in crisis. Definitely try this office out if you looking for a new dentist because it offers superb service and dentistry.
