i love this place! people are so friendly from the moment you walk in, signing in to leaving the office. i was not so happy with my hygienist today. her hands were “heavy” compared to others that have cleaned my teeth in the past, but that was not a reason to not ♥️♥️♥️ the office. dr. doan is the best! he is very compassionate and very thorough. he explains your condition well and never sugar coats it. i love that he takes his time with his patients and not make you feel that he is in a hurry. i’m so happy with them that i recommended them to my nieces and nephews. my children, nieces and nephew and myself are all patients of dr. doan.

Honestly, from when I scheduled my appointment to after my deep cleaning, it was all wonderful! The receptionist or financial specialist Anne was super sweet. Explained my insurance and took into account my financial situation and highlighted things that needed to be done first. Dr. Tran is very kind and also knew what needed to be done and knew what we can hold off for now as it was more cosmetic. Johnny was also amazing!! Skillful and kept his promise to get me in and out as I also had other doctor appointments that day. No pain through everything and they were really caring. My mom loves this place as they were very helpful getting her full set of dentures and even with her difficulties as a stroke victim, she never once ever complained of having trouble with exams there. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Sapphire Dental is Awesome! Today was my first visit and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was GREAT! Dr. Trinh was so kind and professional. He provided great feedback concerning the health of my teeth and what would be next steps. I look forward to my upcoming visits.

This year I changed the Medicare Health Insurance to Kelcey Care Advantage plan (same as my wife). The dentist I had last year does not take the new health plan! Referred from my wife, I visited this clinic for the dental check up. The staff is very helpful and polite. The hygienist did very good job for cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hoang was very nice and very helpful to show me how to use the special type of dental floss to clean the upper teeth of my mouth. 5 stars (*****)

I’ve been with Sapphire Dentistry for three years now, and I can confidently say that Dr. Johnny Trinh is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and skilled dentists I’ve ever met. While having my dental implants done with him, he explains every step of the procedure in a way that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Because of the excellent treatment I received, I’ve also started bringing my kids here for their regular checkups. The entire team at Sapphire Dentistry makes every visit smooth and stress free. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and I’ve never had to deal with long wait times. A special shoutout to Anne, Christian, and Londyn, who are always so kind and organized. They make sure we’re prepared for our appointments, send reminders ahead of time, and help reschedule when needed. Their professionalism and friendliness make us feel like we’re right at home every time we walk in.

Dr. Tran and the entire team at Sapphire Family Dentistry in Richmond are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Tran took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs so efficiently. Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had — highly recommend!
