I took my child there for a checkup and cleaning. The doctor Aaron McCormick t was very pushy on fluoride even though we don't use fluoride and would not give any other options but fluoride fillings and other things of that sort. They did not do a good job on the cleaning there was plaque left on the back teeth of my child. And this is the second time that I've been there that they don't run my insurance correctly and I have to call them back and give them the numbers over and over again it is a big headache and I would suggest going somewhere else.
They just lied to me,, waited a week to get the results from a medical test on my heart, called three times left messages, when I asked about the delay ,o we called and left voice-mail, all phone calls are recorded on everyone s phone,, they lied to cover their screw up. Don't bullshit me.
First of all, the fact I gave mountain family health dental it still shows as five on google .. The side of this where you just need a doctor's appointment is Always pleasant and efficient...very nice staff, courteous and respectful. The office is always clean. My provider was great, and she left the practice, so did it I. The DENTAL side of things terrible JUST LIKE THE ER AT GRAND RIVER.They will not let you go back with your child for emotional or moral support my child was ten when they refused. i have never had another dentist before Then, or since then that acted this way, and my child is now eighteen. In my opinion, it's because they don't want the parents to see how lacking they absolutely are in being personable period OR making you feel like they're gonna do a good job or any of that for you... Actually, as soon as you speak to the dentist, you start feeling a little frightened. Terrible attitude, Terrible personality. As soon as you start speaking to the dentist, you immediately know that you're pretty screwed. Doesn't matter what you're gonna say, think or feel they are definitely gonna make you feel like you wanna turn around and run out the door.. They are awful and the things they say to you, they can really scare a kid, and they just really don't care about it but maybe it's like a "jump scare" tactic they use to get kids to brush their teeth better.I don't know. You can tell when you walk into the place that you're not really a priority more so of an ANNOYANCE. I have had two appointments with them. One for my self and for my son and I never went back.I don't know if they're just trained to treat people like garbage, but their care is subpar as well as the attitude. The staff that doesn't have to work on your teeth is is friendly. I cannot say it enough when I say Do not go to this dental place. Now I go to a dental place where the staff is extremely friendly, and they Listen and even though he's eighteen, if I wanted to go back with my kid, I still could 😂🤪
I’m not sure how MFH in Rifle could have so many negative reviews. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr Percy for 4 years now. He is the first doctor I feel has REALLY listened to me. I’m a complicated patient. I had an appointment yesterday, the appointment was fabulous and we have a lot more work to do together with the complex stuff I have going on. He called me personally AFTER HOURS to do some of this. Not only am I a complicated patient medically, but I’m not easy to deal with. I’m scattered and flighty. I’ve NEVER been treated with anything but respect from the doctor and all of his staff. During the appointment before this last one, he and his staff saved my mom’s life!!! She isn’t a patient of his, but came with me to my appointment. She had recently started a new medication and her blood sugar and pressure dropped during my appointment so severely that they called the ambulance. While waiting they attended to the emergency themselves! I’ve never been to the dentist here, so I can’t vouch for that side, but Dr Percy is my favorite doctor ever.Thank you ALL! ETA: I drive from Grand Junction to see Dr Percy.
Been to multiple locations over years and always have had a bad experience. Had to teach staff to do a finger prick, twice. Had doctors mock me to their staff in the hall for asking for a lead test after explaining I have high exposure at work. They also refuse to correct prescriptions that they mess up. I have been taking the same heart meds every day for years, and after they changed my script without notifying me, they told me I was incorrect about dosage and lying to get more meds, and that they would not give me more HEART MEDS without an appointment that is months out. If you want to be treated like a normal person and not have to teach people to do jobs they went to medical school for, steer clear.
My experience was horrible. When I was finally able to get an appointment the dentist only looked at the tooth that was giving me pain. Any decent doctor would look at the entire mouth. But because their entire structure is built to milk the Medicaid system they do the VERY minimum required by law. He did not give me any pain medication even though I haven't been able to sleep for days, and I was prescribed the least potent antibiotic. The next available appointment was 3 weeks away, yes I had to wait 3 weeks to get my tooth pulled! This office is completely understaffed and lacking experience. You are just a number, not a person in pain. A complete joke. I went to Comfort Dental and was pain free in 2 days!
