Davidson Family Dental

New to town and in extreme pain, I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Davidson. They were able to get me in on the same day. The paperwork was done in advance, so there wasn't any time spent waiting in the lobby. Taylor was incredibly kind listening to what I was experiencing and took great care taking xrays and made sure I was okay. Dr. Davidson was just as kind. He took time to assess my situation. He then explained the issue and my options clearly and without pressure to make an immediate decision. I normally dread going to the dentist and was super hesitant, but these guys made it as comfortable as a Dr. visit can be. Kudos to Dr. Davidson and his staff for changing my mind about dentists. I'm actually not dreading my next visit.

Our family has been going to Davidson Family Dental since we moved to Rock Springs in 2023. They have been wonderful for us! Very helpful, fair in pricing, and always friendly.

The ladies in the office have been polite, kind and professional both times I've been there. Today, I went in for a cleaning, an exam and x-rays. When the dentist came in to explain things to me, I was still laying down staring up at the ceiling and after a while I finally asked him if I could sit up to have the conversation with him. He stopped talking to me, sat me up and seemed to storm off. I said "Well I'm still listening, I just wanted to sit up." He threw his hand up and said "she'll just explain it to you" and kept walking. He could've been in a hurry and didn't have time to finish explaining things to his client or he was acting childish. Either way, not impressive and I'll be going elsewhere.

After a horrific experience with a previous dentist that left me botched, infected, and in unbelievable pain, I was at the point of literally giving up. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere changed everything. The clinic is spotless and, amazingly, doesn’t have that clinical 'dental smell'—it smells wonderful and calming. The staff was incredibly gentle, but what struck me most was their genuine concern. They saw the mess the previous dentist had left behind and treated me with such high-level care and empathy. They even provided headphones for the TV on the ceiling, which helped me zone out so much I forgot I was even in a dental chair. For the first time in a long time, I felt safe. Dr. Davidson’s skill and compassion have earned my trust for life—I won't be taking my family anywhere else from now on. Amazing people! Best place I’ve been to. Very kind, and helpful. I have a bunch of work needed to improve my smile so I was really nervous due to having rude or belittling dentists in the past. None of that here! I was told what’s going on in an easy way to understand and we made a plan on how to fix it :) Im excited to start working on my smile with a great team. Highly recommend!
