Maria was so warm and comforting, it felt like getting a hug through the phone. I had broken a tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Portenoy took the time to clearly explain all my options and truly prioritized what was best for me. He and his assistant Halie made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I lost my front tooth. I called and they saw me first thing in the morning. Everything was explained options given. Once decision maxed costs were explained. Then I spent two hours leaving with a temporary that looked better than the original tooth. Pain free. Top notch professional office.

My dentist in LA recommended Dr. Portenoy. I traveled from NYC to Rockville Center. I figured it best to go with a good recommendation and probably more affordable prices than the city. Wow! Not only is Dr. P. amazing, but he’s very funny. I never felt a pin prick from the anesthesia. He expertly fixed my filling and alerted me to some other issues to keep an eye on. I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Worth the trip!
