I had a very positive experience here. Unfortunately, I was unable to have my tooth extracted, and I know I became frustrated and was not at my best during the visit. Despite my behavior, the staff remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that they continued trying to help me even after I left the office. Their dedication to patient care did not stop when the appointment ended. The facility was very clean, the prices were reasonable, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and professionalism they showed me, especially during a difficult situation. Thank you for treating me with respect and continuing to help when you didn’t have to.

Last Wednesday was my 2 appointment at Gloss. Needless to say they are growing on me!!! Most of the staff are VERY nice. I apologize in advance ladies for not knowing your names… The young lady that took my x-rays was so SWEET and quick!! The young lady that checked me out and scheduled my next cleaning is AMAZING and patient!! My dentist is very thorough and explains what needs to happen and why!!! Last but not least… my hygienist Kasey/Casey (not sure how she spells her name) is the BEST❣️❣️ She suggested NOT using numbing gel on my gums this time. 😳 I was nervous but I trusted her and let’s just say… I have graduated to grown girl status at almost 50 years old without using numbing gel!!!! She was so GENTLE and thorough and made sure my pretty teeth was fresh and clean❣️❣️ If you’re in need of a dentist in this area, Gloss Dental is the place to be🙌🏽‼️‼️🙌🏽

We had a great experience today! I brought all three of my kids in, and even though my son was a little rowdy at times, the staff stayed so patient, kind, and understanding with all of them. They made us feel comfortable and never seemed frustrated. The care and professionalism they showed really meant a lot to me as a parent. Thank y’all for making the visit a positive one for my kids!

I had an amazing experience with my cleaning! It was absolutely fantastic. The hygienist, Keisy, is the best—so gentle, professional, and thorough. The assistants, Corrine and Angie, were also excellent—very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The level of care I received felt like 1000-star service! I would highly recommend coming here for any treatment. You’ll be in great hands!
