Having settled locally and deciding to go to Roseville Dental Center for convenience to have my teeth cleaned, I went back because of the exemplary work of the doctor and her staff up-to-date and socially graced. All of them went out of their way to make me comfortable. I’m also pleased with my crowns; so, since I’m here for the balance of my existence, and my husband also having used Roseville Dental Center we have decided to stay with this very dedicated group and we thank you.

Beware! This dental office billing procedures are deceptive and questionable! They will tell you, they verified with your insurance and tell you a smaller amount is your portion just so you agree to have the procedure. They have you pay that amount the day of the procedure, then months later, they bill you for an additional amount, which is 3 times more than what they told you portion was. Then they have you sign a form, acknowledging you're responsible for the balance your insurance doesn't pay. What they don't tell you is, they only verify that you have insurance, they don't get an actual approval and estimate of what insurance will cover. In my son's case, Dr. Kaur told him he needed a deep cleaning. When he questioned if it was really necessary now or could if he wait, since he just had one, prior to moving to Roseville, approximately 7 months ago. She told him, it was medically necessary and they would verify what his insurance will pay and what his portion would be. After, the dental office supposedly verified with his insurance and told him, his portion would be $279.00, he decided to have the deep cleaning. He returned 3 days later for the cleaning and was asked to pay his portion $279.00 that day, which he did. Now they're are billing him for an additional $840.00 because his insurance denied the claim. His insurance only coveres deep cleanings every 24 months. (We've learned that most dental insurances only cover deep cleanings every 24 to 36 months.) Any licensed dentist and dental office should know this. Besides, supposedly not knowing what most insurances cover, his insurance sent a fax, clearly explaining what is covered under his plan and what the restrictions are for Deep Cleanings. The verification of benefits was faxed 3 days prior to his procedure and it clearly states, they only cover Deep Cleanings every 24 months. The dental office never submitted a prior approval and or an estimate request, instead they told my son a dollar amount they decided themselves. (The insurance coverage also states, they recommend prior approval for a dollar amount over $500.) My son mistakingly believed what Roseville Dental Clinic was telling him was, verified and true. Now, they are threatening to send him to collections for an additional amount of $840.00. My son sent an appeal letter requesting, please hold off sending me to collections and give me time to discuss this with my insurance. He also inquired, if they would be willing to compromise a fair settlement amount or at the very least, accept smaller monthly payments. He requested his dental records, clinical notes and x-rays so that he could better understand why the deep cleaning was medically necessary and further pursue his options to appeal his insurances decision. Dr. Kaur responded by email instead of the billing department. Her written response; Unfortunately, we can not release your x-rays until your balance is paid in full. FYI, Federal Law: Patients can not have their records held hostage because they have a balance owed. My son did finally receive his records but unfortunately, they didn't allow him time before turning him over to collections. He will continue to pursue his options on appealing. Apparently, there are other patients that have had similar experience with their billing procedures. Take time to read all the Yelp reviews and Neighborhood/Facebook.

This was my first visit to this Dentist office and it was a fantastic experience. I was acknowledged upon arrival, seen at my appointment time, informed by the staff as things progressed and Dr. Kayr took her time to review my records, xrays and teeth. Every staff member was warm and friendly and made what is usually an uncomfortable experience very relaxed. A special shout out to Linnea who made my teeth sparkle! Thank you for being awesome!

Horrible service. Dr Kaur was very unprofessional and rude. She did not introduce herself when she first came in the room. I had to ask for her name. She said the reason why she didn’t introduce herself was because she was distracted by my tears. I have no idea what that was about. I did not have any tears but I did let her know that the X-rays they did were very uncomfortable more than I ever had before at any other place. The staff member who did my X-rays was not gentle at all. She shoved the X-ray device in my mouth and almost made me choke several times. Dr Kaur’s response was it’s because you have a tiny mouth. It’s not us, it’s your tiny mouth that made you uncomfortable. I’ve never had anyone tell me that before about my mouth and I was in shock with her response. She was very short and not friendly at all, nor comforting. Neither was her staff. I do not trust her recommendation at all. I feel she is all about money and insulting her patients. Especially a new patient, that was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. The worst dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. Would not ever recommend.

They used a new teeth cleaning technology (to me) which is more efficient in my experience. The Doctor and staff were very personable, explaining the process and answering all of my questions. An exceptional overall dental visit.
