Easy five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a patient of Dr. Powell from the get go, as she became my dentist here after Dr. Dan Johnson, my personal friend and dentist, had to leave his practice due to health issues. Dr. Powell is knowledgeable, patient, and cheerful. Over the many years of being her patient she has always taken time to converse and smile while taking good dental care of me. Years ago, she worked me in on the very end of her busy scheduled day, on my way home from teaching. Little did we know what appeared as a tiny raised area on my gums would turn out to be an abscessed tooth. Without a tired sigh, she and her assistant got busy and took care of me during this unplanned appointment at the end of her busy day. I am presently in the process of getting my teeth straightened with SureSmile Aligner (braces - clear aligners) with Dr. Powell. Pre aligner commitment, Dr. Powell was great at explaining the procedure and expectations, and has made this journey easy for me so far. Dr. Powell has taken great care of me and my dental needs over the years and I highly recommended her, in fact, the entire dental staff here has been great!

Stop the presses: my family actually found a medical office that doesn't treat 'gentle care' like a myth and 'upfront pricing' like a state secret. The staff is patient enough to deserve a medal, and we didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for it. 10/10

I have been a patient for over 25 years and would never think about visiting any other dentist than Dr. Lisa Powell. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They have always been available to me during emergencies and have taken care of all of my family’s needs.

This isn't my normal dentist but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I was in a tight spot and needed help, luckily after many phone calls I found Powell & Udrys. Everyone there was very friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to get me in and helped. Despite being very busy and showing up a little early for my appointment after I checked in I didn't even make it to a chair to sit down before they were calling my name to go back. It was very clear that my comfort level was very important to them the entire time and I was very comfortable there even through the hard parts. I am very impressed with Powell & Udrys dentistry. I am torn about leaving my childhood dentist but after my visit there I definitely want to go back and very much recommend anyone looking to go to them. Thank you again everyone for your hard work, going above and beyond for me in my time of need!

I’ve been going to this dentist office most of my life. During my last few visits, the staff discussed matters in a way that felt like a clear violation of patient privacy. They asked me whether I knew specific people at my workplace, which was completely inappropriate and unrelated to my care. It made me very uncomfortable and concerned about how patient information is handled there. HIPAA exists to protect patients’ privacy, and any breach of that trust is serious. Healthcare providers should maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage the office to review their privacy policies and staff training to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Patients deserve to feel safe and respected when receiving care.
