Crescent Dental & Orthodontics San Marcos

The staff at Crescent Dental were very polite and i was there for extractions. Oral surgeon DR.Buhler & Younglove made a great team working on my dental needs. They were caring and made me feel comfortable. I reccomend them for sure. It was my first time at the San Marcos location.

Please consider visiting Crescent Dental. They are not your typical corporate chain. The doctors are very professional and friendly, really attentive to patient needs, and make you feel like you as an individual are important. The hygienists are seasoned and also very tuned into you as their patient, making sure that you're comfortable from x-ray to exam to cleaning. Myrna is my personal favorite, but Rory and Gabe are also excellent. The assistants are very engaging and professional as well. Pat is so friendly and concerned with your personal comfort. Everyone is on their game, from front to back of office. Though it's corporate, you don't feel pressured to buy extra services, upgrades, etc. You will be informed of what is best suited to your needs. Anticipate top-notch treatment when you visit Crescent ! Many thanks to everyone

Love this office and staff. Got to our debond appt to find out we may not be able to get braces off. The manager Nicole was very thorough in explaining what was going on and what our day could look like to achieve our goal. Every interaction we have had with Nicole has always been super professional and she is just so nice! We were able to successfully debond! I felt like every team member that had a hand in our treatment went above and beyond so we could achieve our debond yesterday. My 15 year old daughter left with an absolutely amazing smile!

Worst experience I have ever had, very unprofessional. It all started at my consultation - I had my wisdom teeth when I got scanned for Invisalign and I stressed over and over that they were being removed the following week but that I wanted to proceed forward with ordering my Invisalign trays so by the time they healed (wisdom teeth) I would be ready to jump straight into my trays. They assured me they could removed them with their technology and so we proceeded forward and got everything rolling. At my first appointment they let me know they forgot to remove my wisdom teeth so I would need to cut them off of my trays my entire treatment plan (mind you I paid well over $6k for treatment) not sure why they didn’t offer to rescan me and order new trays, after I accidentally cut off the wrong tooth I let them know I wanted to be rescanned and not deal with that the entire treatment plan, which they denied to do because it was going to cost them. They ended up cutting all my trays for me which is fine, but because they are cut they cause blisters in the back of my mouth where the trays are rough. After all of this confusion/trouble my husband gets told he is being transferred states for work, so I let them know I would need to go digital and that isn’t in their office yet and that I would have to come back for appointments or wait until it’s in their office and I can be their “ Guinea pig” Nicole’s exact words (I have it on recording) the entire process has been a joke and I would NOT recommend this office. The lady at the front is lost and doesn’t know she is doing and everytime I called to let them know my attachments had came off or that a tray broke, or even just to get ahold of the ortho team I was told there is no way to reach them until Wednesdays when their team is there. They also told me I would be wearing bands and placed the attachments the bands would hook onto on my teeth and then said I was never told that.. yet I pulled my cheek back and showed them where the assistant placed the attachments to hook onto the bands.. the entire experience has been a joke! Also stopped back by at 3:59pm to pickup my patient ledger and a copy of my treatment plan on 5/27/26 and the office is closed… the door hours say they close at 6pm and the automated voicemail says they close at 5pm, this office doesn’t have it together.

Everyone here was so sweet and kind! I was very nervous to get my tooth pulled but the Dr. Was great, fast and made me feel very comfortable. George was great, he checked up on me multiple times and made sure I was comfortable. He really calmed my nerves by assuring me that everything would be quick and easy and he was right!
