First Class Family Dentistry

I have extreme dental anxiety and made note of that when I called to schedule, they also told me that they could give nitrous for cleanings. When I arrived, the lady laughed in my face and said I’d be fine when I requested the nitrous, I also left note that I took my anxiety prn before nitrous was given. They said I needed an excessive amount of work done, I did not question that as I am having pain. Two days before my appointment to take care of the pain/cavity that I have been waiting for, they called and said they would not give me nitrous since I had taken my anxiety prn before my appointment last time, I informed them that I no longer take a prn and they still said they would not offer nitrous to me even though I informed them before they gave it last time. They also told me multiple times they could refer me to someone who deals with dental anxiety, then proceeded to text me that they can’t refer me to anyone. I am not being left untreated and in pain due to the fault of lack of communication on their part. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Was using them for years, recently we questioned the dentist so we got a second opinion. Turns out nothing they wanted to do needed to be done. Get a second opinion!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Barbu. They were able to get me in the same day, which I really appreciated, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole visit easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been coming to this practice since they were at the old location. The hygienists are all very nice, and the new dentist is very nice! We both watch the Why Files podcast which I thought was pretty cool. I haven’t met many people that have heard of that podcast.
