This review is specifically for Dr. Sandhu’s hygienist who was very unprofessional and abrasive. During my dental cleaning, she told me to not talk when I was trying to inform her that I was experiencing pain. I was also trying to put on my earbuds so that I could listen to calming music during the dental procedure, as I generally get very anxious. Instead, the hygienist rudely told me to put my phone down because she couldn’t concentrate and she was in a time crunch. She then went on to explain (in a bolstering way) that she’s been a hygienist for over 20+ years and knew what she was doing. My experience was quite unpleasant. I use to be a patient of Dr. Reuter and Maggie was my hygienist, unfortunately he no longer accepts my dental insurance. Just because someone has x number of years in a profession does not mean, they have mastered how to treat patients (people) with care and respect.

I'm a long time patient. I've had nothing but the best, most attentive professional care at Santa Cruz Dental Group. Tina is always there to make a special appointment when needed. Margarita is the very best hygienist anyone could have. Dr. Wilson is a wonderful knowledgeable professional. He's always given me the best advice and care I could possibly ask for. They're a great group!

I’m a long time patient. Ashley and Dr. Wilson always provide me excellent, efficient and pain free service. Tina can be counted on to make a special effort to find appointment slots in a pinch. I can’t ask for more from a dental practice.

Lucky for me when I retired Dr. Wilson accepted my new dental insurance, which allowed me to stay with Santa Cruz Dental Group. He did an exceptional job when coordinating with my tooth extraction to provide a bridge in the right timeframe that coordinated with my Prolia injections. Which I believe is why my rheumatologist, Dr. Petrocelli spoke so highly of him. The staff are always friendly and helpful with appointments and insurance and all of the hygienists have been thorough but gentle. And I must not forget Dr. Reuter, who was so very kind and patient while treating my husband when he suffered from Alzheimer’s. I highly recommend this office.

I love SC Dental! I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson for over 10 years. He’s great as are all of the staff… especially Hope & Tina. They have squeezed me in many times for little emergencies… Thank You! And Ashleigh is the best Hygienist I have ever had. She makes it all painless & fun & I always learn a lot when I go. This was my first visit to the Santa Cruz Dental Group, and I was very impressed. Hope got me an appointment within 2 days with Dr. Wilson and the consultation went well. When my childhood dentist retired, we transitioned to Dr. Wilson and Santa Cruz Dental Group, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The office is organized and welcoming, the team is consistently kind, and they’re incredibly responsive when emergencies arise. I’m genuinely grateful for the level of care and professionalism.

The Santa Cruz Dental Group has been treating me great since the 1990s. That was back when Dr. David Madsen was recommended to me by a friend I trust. Since then I have had only the very best dental care. Years ago Dr. Montana gave me a "temporary crown" that is still intact and solid. Neither Dr. Madsen nor Dr. Montana are there anymore, but Dr. Reuter has given me A++++ work for the last decade or so. The cheerful staff and atmosphere don't hurt either. I can't recommend these people enough. I've only left a very few reviews of local businesses in Yelp. I am going to check if I've written one there yet, if not I will. These guys are the best!

My neighbor here in SC! Dr Wilson, Debra, Hope, Tina- all our 100%customer focused. Took me in w in 24hr notice! Very meticulous exam, cleaning and fair pricing! This is the Place to Go to get relaxed and thorough dental care.
