I have to be completely honest here. THOMAS V. MCCLAMMY Is the rudest dentist / endodontist person I have met. I will never come back to this office. He was so rude to my wife and me. We had simple questions about my wife’s tooth and this guy could not answer anything without being condescending. Do yourselves a favor. Find a different endodontist. This guy needs to retire. He is such a rude and condescending person.

This is for Dr. Susan Wood. I had excruciating pain over the weekend. After a dentist I'd chatted with contacted her, she texted me on the weekend to help me. I'd never even seen her. It blew me away that she was so compassionate to help someone who was not yet a patient. On Valentine's Day, no less! To me, this speaks volumes about her character. Although I was unable to get in to see her due to insurance, I feel sure she will take care of you 150%.

My husband was in agony. The staff and Dr Wood are awesome and office is great. He needed a root canal and she gave him medication to get rid of pain before she could do root canal. Now he's pain free and all the ladies are wonderful and very patient friendly. Highly recommend.

I think Dr Woods and her team are awesome. Appt today for a 30 year old bad root canal and while I didn’t hear what i wanted to hear. I must say the experience was fabulous. The team went above and beyond and were prompt and timely. Dr Woods was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I was disappointed not in this facility but that now I need to make a difficult decision because of a 30 year old crummy done root canal; but was presented with all options which also included a percentage breakdown of results to maybe perhaps save the tooth temporarily or may not work at all if i decide not to do a pull or an implant right now as im allergic to metal. I was impressed and pleased that i was told none of this is because of anything i did incorrectly, simply root canals when dinosaurs roamed the earth were different. All in all i think Dr Woods and team are wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at North Scottsdale Endodontics. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The procedure was handled with great skill and care, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Their attention to patient care is truly excellent — they take the time to explain each step and make sure you’re at ease. I was also very impressed by their follow-up after my appointment.
