I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable with any dentist. DR. JAMES is AMAZING!!! STAFF is top notch. It doesn't get any better. If your lucky enough to get in, grab it!!

Full disclosure: Dr. Bart James is my cousin. I live in Central Ohio, but over the years I've had Dr. James take care of a few dental issues, including pulling two wisdom teeth 13+ years apart. Everything – from scheduling to the procedures – went very well. The staff is easy-going and professional. I definitely trust Dr. James and his staff, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing great dental care.

Went to get a tooth pulled and was treated professionally by Dr James and all his staff. Highly recommend and will be back in January to get teeth cleaned.

I have fear and anxiety of dentists since childhood. Dr. James and his staff are wonderful and compassionate people in that regard. In fact other dentists in the area send their patients here for extractions and many other procedures because Dr. James is so gentle. I'm into technology and must admit that office doesn't look like much from the street but once you inside, its state of the art all around. They got latest and greatest dental chairs with matching furniture to go with it, all digital x-ray, 3D scanner for your teeth, they even have hand held portable x-ray device that looks like it came from the future, it doesn't require staff to leave room in order take it x-rays, they standing by your side with it and can even hold your hand if you need extra assurance. If you looking for a dentist in this area, Dr. James is best kept secret around here. He don't even advertise anywhere because he is so busy as it is.

After years of looking, I've finally found a fantastic dentist in my own backyard! His consistent staff are caring and will become true friends. He readily goes to great lengths to preserve your teeth and provide options I've found only once before in my entire life. I am truly thankful for him and his entire staff.
