I always enjoy my experience at Shreveport Dental Solutions! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. The team always listens to what I am experiencing and desire, and builds my care plan based on that. Dr. Patel always takes his time when evaluating and working on my teeth. I also appreciate the financial clarity they provide. They give you clarity on what things cost before they perform the work to give you the autonomy in your care decisions. I am confident in the care that I receive at this office and will continue visiting for my dental care.

Great experience. Had a dental emergency. Used the site, booked the appointment, filled out all paperwork, and was seen in less than 15 minutes when I arrived. They got me in the following day where they will be performing a root canal and 3D print my crown and insert it the same day. The service is some of the best i have ever experienced. Thank you to the team for everything! Following up! Today was the same as yesterday. This place is amazing. The level of service is unmatched. They gave me a quick tour and showed me how my crown was designed and created. Thank you again for the great care and concern.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tara, my hygienist, was amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Patel was wonderful as well and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how thoughtfully my care plan was outlined. The dentist I saw, Dr. Benjamin Kacos, was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to review everything with me, listen to my concerns, and clearly explain the next steps for my dental care. I felt well-informed and genuinely cared for throughout the visit. The entire team has excellent bedside manner. They listen carefully, don't rush patients, and take time to ensure everything is understood.
