Silverdale Dental Center Invisalign and Implant Dentist

Staff here is very kind and friendly, but I’ve had some issues while I was a patient there. When I went in for a repair on a bent upper permanent retainer wire, instead of replacing it like I was expecting, they just put a big dab of glue over it and heated it dry. It didn’t cause any problems with my bite or shift my teeth, thankfully, but the feeling took some getting used to. My bigger issues arose with my nighttime mouth guard. I originally received one from my old dentist that I wore on my upper jaw that you would put in warm water first to mold around your teeth. I came in to get a replacement because it was getting nasty. I sometimes wish I never did because instead of getting a new one like my old one, they recommended I get a hard splint for my upper jaw, which when I received it, it cracked the glue off my permanent retainer and due to the mold coming out incorrect, it was cutting my gums. We then switched it out for a bottom jaw clear splint, free of charge. However, by doing this, they removed my bottom permanent retainer wire, so long as I wore my mouth guard everyday. I received my bottom jaw clear splint in May of 2026, worn it everyday since getting it, about a week ago now, it broke in half for no apparent reason. I have since moved across the country and I’m in desperate search of a new dentist to replace it to prevent my bottom teeth from shifting, which I feel like they already are beginning to. This frustrates me greatly as I was really proud of how my teeth looked after 9 years of wearing braces, all for that to be reversed by removing my permanent retainer which I made very clear to my dentists during my visits that I was very hesitant about doing incase of an incident like this occurring. It saddens me to be leaving such a negative review on this place since the staff is very kind and they were helpful in ensuring I wasn’t overcharged for the mistakes that occurred, but regardless I am still very upset about this result over my clear splint breaking after having it for only 5 months which I was told would last longer and having my permanent retainer removed even though I communicated clearly that that was something I wasn’t comfortable with doing.

Very nice, experienced and knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in process, very short wait, and the staff (Dr Martin and Emily) took the time to ask questions about what issues I was having, listened to my responses, asked more detailed questions, took time to explain things to me, and we worked together to develop a care plan specific to my needs which I am very comfortable with. I never felt rushed, hurried or up sold. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything was great during the visit but I’m upset that appointments can only be scheduled 9 months out and this appointment was canceled and rescheduled so it was 8 months after my last cleaning. I’m not okay with waiting 8 or 9 months between cleanings. I’m really happy with everything else at Silverdale dental Center but unfortunately I’m going to look at other dental options due to the lack of availability for regular cleanings every 6 months. I feel 6 month cleanings are important part of keeping my teeth healthy.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were super nice and professional, i was impressed! Dr Bhogal and her assistant were informative and direct but also friendly and gentle which as someone who historically doesnt go regularly is very refreshing. I think because of the experience i will go regularly now, it wasnt unpleasant in any way

I always go into a dental visit being anxious and nervous especially for a procedure I have never had before. Jennifer explained every step she was taking, and how I would feel. She made me feel comfortable and it was painless. I thank you so much for calming my fears and setting my mind at ease.

Jennifer at Silverdale Dental was wonderful today. I have a very small mouth and usually dread the ex rays. These were absolutely painless and very efficient. My whole experience was calm, professional and kind. Highly recommend Jennifer and this office and entire staff.

Today’s appointment was with hygienist Jenny over the 70 years of receiving dental care. I’ve had a number of hygienist. I will definitely say with all confidence that Jenny is thorough, professional, and very personable. Silverdale Dental is organized friendly. I’ve also had Dr. Connor replace a crown was impressed with his friendliness and ability Kevin and other office staff very kind. I hjghly recommend them.

Dr. Martin and her staff did an exceptional job today. As someone who absolutely hates needles and dental visits, the comfort and professionalism both Dr. Martin and Emma provided made a huge difference. The coordination and teamwork between the staff was impressive to watch. They were even training another team member during my visit, and getting an inside look at that process showed me this office truly takes pride in what they do and maintaining a high standard of care. After avoiding the dentist for far too long, I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and comfortable they made the experience. I highly recommend Silverdale Dental Center to anyone looking for quality dental care and a great team.

Honestly I hate the dentist for so many reasons, however from the initial booking down to the appointments this staff is incredible. I was so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Kam and Dr.Bhogal were absolutely amazing and really explained everything to me in such detail that I’ve never gotten from another practice. As long as I’m in Washington I would not go anywhere else. Even Tiffany in check out was fabulous. So thank you all for such a wonderfully informative and easy visit. I can not say anymore great things about this place and their staff ❤️
