Very professional, very friendly and for someone like myself who is afraid of the dentist, they were SO understanding and calm. I would 1000% recommend this dentist and her team. I am the worst patient, I will feel pain where there is none and instead of rolled eyes and impatience I was treated with no judgement and sensitivity. I don't know why, but for me personally to have a dog there...it comforted me. I was able to pet him at one point and being an animal lover, it really, really helped. This office is not your typical stiff and 'only medical words and get a x-ray and cleaning done and out the door'. It genuinly talks to, meets their cilents, gets to know them, understand them to a small degree. This was my first experience (I am in my 60's) where 10 minutes into the process...I wasn't scared and my heart racing. I felt safe. If you're a chicken like me...experience for the first time in your life a different kind of dental office visit, one you won't dread going to and will even look forward to on your next scheduled visit for the first time in your life.

I was disappointed with the care and communication I experienced during my recent visits. I initially came in about one month ago for a routine cleaning, but was told I needed a deeper scaling treatment due to pregnancy gingivitis, so I did not receive the cleaning I had originally scheduled. I understood that this was necessary and was willing to return for follow-up care. When I came back in, the majority of my appointment was spent focusing on fitting me for a new splint rather than completing the cleaning that had already been delayed. While I understand that the splint may have been important, I feel that my dental cleaning should have been prioritized, especially given that I have gingivitis during pregnancy and had already been waiting to receive this care. Unfortunately, the appointment time was spent on the splint fitting, and by the time that was completed, there was no longer enough time for my cleaning. I was then asked to return again in two weeks. This was especially frustrating because each appointment requires me to rearrange my work schedule and results in lost income, so additional visits are not always easy to accommodate and I feel like the gingivitis hasn't been prioritized. I hope the office can improve communication and prioritization of care moving forward. I would have appreciated having my cleaning completed as planned or being informed ahead of time that there may not be enough time to address both concerns.

I was looking for a new dentist closer to where I lived. After doing a google search, I decided to give Pearl Dental a try because of their outstanding reviews. As a senior citizen, I was not disappointed. Dr. Cash and her staff made you feel comfortable from the moment you walked in the door. Everyone I met went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood every procedure they were doing. I am confident that Pearl Dental is the right choice for me.

It has been such a genuinely positive experience with Dr. Cash and team. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to put patients at ease. The team is incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to get to know you on a personal level, while understanding your goals. Every step is clearly explained and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the attention to detail — not just in the quality of the dental work, but in how I felt about it every step. For someone that had not been to the dentist in many years and nervous they erased all my fears! I was so self conscious smiling. My gums, teeth are now healthy and my smile is so fabulous! The results are beautiful and natural-looking, and it’s obvious they truly care about both dental care and patient experience. If you’re looking for a practice that combines professionalism, compassion, and meticulous care, I would absolutely recommend them for all your normal dental care or if you are seeking aesthetic dentistry.

The staff here is always wonderful. Dr Cash has a fantastic practice, surrounded by great people. My family and I have come here for 5 years, and are always treated professionally and kindly. Brooke does a wonderful job keeping my entire family’s teeth clean and looking great. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. They make the dentist feel comfortable and welcoming.
