Dr. Nate is genuinely a great guy, and the service is outstanding. They truly want what is best for you as a patient. I've gone to several different dental offices over the years, and this is hands-down the best experience you will find- all of their Google reviews speak for themselves! If you're looking for a trustworthy dental practice in the Upstate, I highly recommend Simpsonville Dental Associates.

Before you go here, make sure they are in network with your insurance! If you are having a procedure done with them, make sure you understand the price of the procedure and exactly what it includes! There should actually be a consultation after examinations are performed if they are going to be expensive.. I got burned🔥🔥🔥 for over 7k mostly out of pocket and they want more to complete the procedure. I could have had it done for much less with some simple research! I gave it 3 stars because I didn't want to trash the assistants, but be ware!

Best experience ever for a new patient, first time appointment at a dental office. Annie, Kristen, Ashley, Nita, and Dr Godwin were professional as well as very caring making sure my needs and expectations were met. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I was totally involved in my treatment care plan. I highly recommend Simpsonville Dental Associates! Annie is such a pleasure at the front desk- definitely the face of the office. I met Marie for the first time today. She was professional, did an amazing job on my teeth. Morgan is always a pleasure. Dr Godwin is exceptional! I picked the right dental office! When the pain in my tooth began, I knew I'd have to find a dentist... And fast! I looked back through my email and found Simpsonville Dental Associates, so I gave them a call. Got an appointment quickly and spoke to Annie the receptionist who made sure all my questions were answered. When I entered the office, I was greeted by Annie and we talked while I waited to be seen. Morgan, who is Dr. Godwin's assistant, explained everything to me, including X-rays and what the doctor needed. Once I saw Dr. Godwin, he took no time in using the photos and X-rays to determine what was wrong. He then sent me in for additional imaging to see to what extent I had damaged my tooth. Once he saw just how badly cracked my tooth was, he was honest with me when he said he wanted to refer me to an Oral Surgeon to make sure the result was what I needed. From beginning to end, the office visit provided me clear, concise answers, and everyone treated me with respect and a warm familiarity I truly appreciated. Once I have my current issue taken care of, I will definitely be coming back to SDA as my regular dentist... Because they Are that good.

As someone who has extreme dental anxiety, I have been to many different dentists and had difficulty with all of them. When I found Simpsonville dental associates, that all changed. From check-in, to the hygienist, to the new patient intake facilitator, to the dentist, Dr. Nate, everyone is so genuinely kind and patient and willing to go at your own pace. It really feels like they remember you and care about you, and they always put me at ease. The facility is incredibly nice and clean, and I just absolutely love this office.

I have never had an experience at this practice that was less than exceptional. The staff at Simpsonville Dental Associates are friendly & professional. They are well organized, thorough & always explain options/cost if further dental work is required beyond routine cleaning. Great service!
