Park Center Dental Care

Worst customer service I’ve ever received through the phone. I Confirmed that they accept my insurance and were accepting new patients and the receptionist wouldn’t even schedule me. She gave me the run around for 5 minutes telling me they were going to refer me to a different dentist for my needs, then they couldn’t see me til August, that I couldn’t be on a waitlist, that she wouldn’t schedule me out that late, and then finally that “well we might be going through talks about not accepting that insurance anymore”. Wasted my time, patience, and would not recommend anyone wasting their time either.

Generally have not been a fan of the dentist, so I put it off for years. Finally decided to make an appointment but had to change providers, and Park Center had great reviews. First appointment with them today, great experience! Staff were all fantastic, no judgement and friendly.

Recently switched to Park Center. Dr. Ehlers and his staff are very friendly and professional. Had my teeth cleaned and the lady did an exceptionally good job. Could not have been more pleased with the results. Very impressed.

Great experience. They put me on their cancellation list for a new patient exam and cleaning and gave me 2 options for an appointment that same week! Very friendly and skilled staff, both front and back office. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable since it was my first time there. The office was bright and cheerful - just like the staff. I heard lots of laughing in the other exam rooms while I was getting my dental work done so it was obvious other patients were enjoying the staff as well.
