I usually see Dr. Mcneely, but he was on vacation during my urgent time of need (broken tooth). However, Dr. Shafer and his team were able to get me in within 20 minutes of me calling AND were able to put on a temporary crown all within that same visit. Wonderful team, always friendly and knowledgeable.

GREAT experience every time I go . ALL employees I’ve interacted with are very friendly helpful and understanding. The dentist is awesome! He has taken the time to educate me and he’s very patient. They’ve accommodated and worked with me to help me get what I need done and I very much appreciate that as a full time working mom of 3. I feel very comfortable with them and I’m terrified of dental work. I live in shelbyville and it’s 100% worth my drive to Smyrna. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but this office made the experience so much better. The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable, and they also did an excellent job with my cleaning, my teeth feel amazing. It was both a great experience and great care, which is hard to find. I’d definitely recommend them.

I have always had anxiety when it comes to the dentist, so I'm very happy I found this place. The view is serene and Dr McNeely does beautiful work. The highlight of my visit is always Dental Assistant Vilmarie. Always so kind and professional, I know I'm in good hands when she is there.

This is hands down the best Dental Office we have ever been to. Dr. Shafer is honest, knowledgeable, and so kind. He has helped my daughter so much with her teeth. She has had some difficulties with her enamel. His staff is so nice and welcoming too. If you are looking for a dental office, look no further! Can’t get better than this.
