Reich Dental Center | Smyrna

My husband had been going to Reich for years and been trying to get me to switch from my other Smyrna dentist. I finally made the switch after discovering that my downtown Smyrna dentist had been overcharging me for years for services I didn't need and for services I never even received. Those shady billing practices tipped me over the edge. I've only been to Reich twice so far for regular dental maintenance (X-rays, cleaning, exam), but I love them so far!! My dental hygienist today, Denise, was awesome--gentle, thorough, and personable. Dr. Patel did my exam, and she was great, too. I saw Dr. Simmons for my exam the first time and Tanya was my hygienist then. Brittany at the front desk was really helpful in explaining my crown estimate to me. Everyone here is so nice and chill, and you can tell they truly care about putting their patients first. Reich is transparent with their billing and they also don't try to make you get periodontal services if you don't actually need them!

Today was my first appointment with Reich Dental Center. From check in to meeting Chloe and Yeni I felt in good hands. Yeni was nice and very knowledgeable what was being done. My girl Chloe was EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Wingad was very nice as well. Book with this amazing group and get the professional treatment you deserve!

I have been coming here for years. I love the staff and I have had cleanings, fillings and crowns and a referral for a root canal (very scary) but they always handled my issues with professionalism and walked me through all the steps so it’s not so bad. Great team, highly recommend!

I have been coming to see Dr. Wingad for a few years now and I cannot imagine seeing anyone else. She is so thorough and detailed in her assessments of my tooth health. I appreciate that she has never recommended treatment that I do not need and has been sensitive to the cost of care. The dental hygienist team are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job at cleaning and polishing for my semi-annual visits and always have a great attitude. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great dentist that doesn’t feel like a huge clinic and just another patient.

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I really appreciated their honesty and how they focused on what was best for my dental health instead of trying to pressure me into unnecessary treatment. Great experience all the way around. You are seen at your actual appointment time. Front staff very personable. Office is immaculate and waiting room is inviting. Sergio was my hygienist and he did a great job. Very thorough, friendly, and gentle during the cleaning. Was my first time seeing Dr. Simmons and he was also very professional and thorough. Really appreciate they stick to appointment times and get you in and out!

I recently moved to Reich Dental in Smyrna and am very pleased with the services they provide. The dentist was excellent, personable and was able to do the treatment at one visit. The front desk staff are also excellent, they made sure to contact my insurance before hand and confirm what my expected payment would be. I recommended Reich to my daughter last month and she confirmed that she also had a similar experience and is very satisfied with her choice.

Awesome experience! From scheduling to the front desk staff to Julie and my hygienist Keasha. Dr. Reich also came by and chatted and was pleasant and personable. They made coming to the dentist a great experience and not something to stress about. Highly recommend!
