My husband and I had appointments today, and his appointment was two hours before mine. Since he needed to get to work and we only had one car today, I asked if there was any possibility of seeing me earlier. Lorena was so kind and accommodating and was able to work with us. We truly appreciate her flexibility and wonderful customer service! Lorena is always so kind, professional, and helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. Another 5-star experience at Snellville Smiles! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update: as stated below they didn't do anything I came in for, and they took way too many x-rays that were not requested or authorized, not only did I have to pay the $55 that I complained about below, they billed my insurance for Over $1,000 in X-rays! And my insurance isn't willing to cover even half of it. So now one star and they're going to be reported. The people were generally nice. They did a very thorough job of taking x-rays. Including $55 worth I was not planning nor advised beforehand that I would be paying. Not a bad price overall, just unexpected. I won't give them less stars due to them being extremely high like allllll dentists in the US. Not to mention this is a corporation. But basically nothing I asked and that I had gone in for with even addressed. One thing I was given a referral to someone else, although the doctor said he would give me multiple referrals to make sure someone worked with my insurance, they didn't make sure to give it to me before I left and when they called they only gave me one, and said that's who they normally recommend. Which, is not what I was advised I would get. Again, the people were generally nice. Since this was really a consultation I cannot give any more info on their actual services.

Chely at the front office answered all of my questions in a kind, professional manner and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lorena and Dr. Kaliher went above and beyond for me. They provided excellent advice on how to take care of my teeth and made sure I understood my treatment plan. Lorena, the hygienist, is truly passionate about her work. She was gentle, thorough, and incredibly skilled during my cleaning, making the entire experience comfortable. I also want to recognize Kennedy for always being on top of my dental insurance and taking the time to answer all of my questions. Her knowledge and patience gave me peace of mind throughout the process.This dental office truly makes you feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. It’s hard to find a dental office you can genuinely trust, but this team exceeded all of my expectations. If I could give them a million stars, I would. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Snellville Smiles Dentistry! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm. Mason was a fantastic assistant and went out of his way to make sure I felt completely comfortable during my X-rays and prep work. Dr. K was so friendly and highly informative about my teeth and overall health, which I truly appreciated. Lorena, the hygienist, has such a warm personality and a reassuring voice that made me feel 100% comfortable throughout my entire cleaning. Lastly, Kennedy, the financial advisor, was so caring and genuinely focused on finding me the best and most affordable care plan possible. All in all, this office provides a true 10/10 experience, and I actually look forward to continuing my dental services down the line with this amazing team!

I’ve been in Georgia for 6years since moving from New York and I’ve never seen hospitality like this in a dentist office. This is my 3rd dentist office and I’ve finally found people who are genuine and love what they do. From the check in process, to the x-rays down to my deep cleaning. This team was phenomenal. I want to thank Kennedy(office manager), the dentist and Lorena (hygienist). I really want to thank everyone today for the time and work that was put in to my cleaning. I finally found a home with snellville smiles dentistry.

Where do I beginning.. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff at Snellville Smiles Dentistry last weekend and all I can say was that my visit was nothing shy of amazing! The team exude kindess, made me feel at home & was very informative about the treatment I needed. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. They constantly checked in with me, and if I was ever feeling any discomfort they made sure to ease my pain. Dr. Desta, Lorena, Mason and the ladies in the front are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this dental office to those who are looking for professionalism, above and beyond care and great communication.

Lorena was amazingggg. She was very gentle, understanding, and caring. My deep cleaning was little to no pain and she made sure I was comfortable. My experience was top tier service and she gave great knowledge on how to keep up with my teeth. Excellent job with my cleaning!!
