Element Dental & Orthodontics Spring

I’ve been going to Element Dental since 2015, and overall I’ve had great experiences. This review was just based on one visit that felt a little off, but it doesn’t take away from the consistent service I’ve received over the years. I would definitely recommend Element Dental to anyone in the Spring area. The office has a welcoming vibe, and once you get to know the dental staff and dentists, it becomes a really comfortable place to go. They’re usually efficient and try to get you in and out in a timely manner, while still asking if you have any questions or concerns about your teeth. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider offering complimentary teeth whitening in the future, like some other dental offices do. That would really take the experience to the next level. Overall, it’s a great place, and I plan to continue going.

The one thing that I really like about Element Dental is the flexible scheduling. Even though they schedule me 6 months out, if I need to change as it gets closer to my appointment they make sure to accommodate me. Another thing I like is that they reassure you that everything in the procedure rooms have been sanitized and cleaned and that is very important because we all know that things can arise when things are not being properly sanitized. Lastly they have awesome dental staff, from the Doctors on down to the receptionist. If you're looking for a new dental home no need to look any further this is the right place for you.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. They were also very efficient—I didn’t have to wait long at all. What I appreciated most was how they really listened to my concerns and took the time to educate me on the best practices for my dental health. I left feeling informed and confident about my care. Highly recommend!

Element Dental is the best! Been coming here for a year now, both Dentist who have treated me are amazing. Big plus since they have friendly front desk staff, they make scheduling easy. I even started my Ortho treatment and the orthodontist is amazing as well! Also I love how they have a hygienist, makes the whole dental visit much more better. The facility is organized and clean, which is a huge bonus for me! Highly recommend Element Dental if you want attentive and professional care with chill vibes 😎

Dr. Vo and his team are always great. I’ve been a patient for approximately five years and they always remain consistent with my dental care needs, and best of all Dr. Vo has a fantastic sense of humor, making the visit in his chair more enjoyable and less stressful. Shout out to my dental hygienist, and the ladies in front. Your great hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Look forward to many years to come!

OMG … THE BEST! I am from New Orleans - and new to Texas . I walked in here to inquire about my gold teeth. And I am so glad Jehovah lead me this way! Let’s get into the “WHY”—- first the staff when I first entered “Destiny” at the desk- very warm welcoming and knowledgeable. Then a customer over heard my conversation and suggested an insurance plan that I jumped on immediately! The next day I returned and had the pleasure to be checked in and assisted by “Yuri and Valeria”, just the sweetest and the wait was not a process it was on time a success! Not wasted at all! Called on, greeted and xray by “Wendy” who kept me laughing so hard I’m surprised those xray pics were accurate!!! And then to the exam which I’ll call the cake part of the visit by “JT” who was soooo kind and explained every detail, very communicative in his profession and very passionate! He has my mouth feeling like “did I brush my teeth this morning” 😆 so fresh! And for the icing—- “Dr Vo” theee BEST bed side manners EVER, humble humor, honest knowledge and compassionate love for his job and patients! Cherry on top- they were ALL sanitary!!! I could NOT ask for a better TEAM to trust to CLEAN —- and maintain my health and mouthy hygiene!!! And the price (if paying out of pocket) is budget friendly! Looking forward to my next visit!
