Modern Dental of Springfield

Dr Hamel and Laci did a great job taking care of my tooth. I don't really enjoy going to the dentist but when I do I am very comfortable with Dr Hamel. Thank you.

I went in for a second opinion on a crown I have that was giving me some trouble. I brought my own x-rays, which were helpful. The dentist, Dr. Hamel, was very professional and explained what he saw in my x-ray. Unlike my original dentist, he didn't try to convince me that I needed all this additional work done. He said "some times dentists focus on the procedures (what they think is best) and forget about the human and what they want." He didn't. He cared about what I had to say. Seems like I might be switching dentists soon.

Modern Dental is a very professional office with two terrific dentists, a very well trained and knowledgeable dental assistants as well as a well trained front desk staff. Year after year I encounter the same smiling faces. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Modern Dental for years and have been impressed with their polite, efficient office staff and Dr. Hamlin's friendly and competent care. Today I had a dental procedure that was more complicated and took longer than expected. Dr Hamlin and Jordan were kind and patient throughout, showing concern for my comfort level and taking the extra time and effort that was necessary. I had an insurance question and got an immediate coherent answer from the front desk person.

I called this morning with a toothache I suffered with all night. I am not a patient of theirs, but they cared enough to get me in today for an appointment. I needed an emergency extraction which they handled quickly and painlessly. Each person I encountered was kind and compassionate. Needless to say, I booked my next cleaning with them. I found my new dentist! Thank you for your kindness and helping me in my time of need.

Dr. Michael Morley is great, and his staff is super helpful and friendly. I'm from the Chicago area, down in Springfield for work and had urgent dental issue, the doctor was able to get me in same day and remove a tooth that has become infected. I'm going to plan my dental visits for when I'm in town for work because Dr. Morley and the Modern Dental staff are so great. Thank you for helping me so quickly and keeping me out of urgent care!
