St Clair Family Dentistry

I appologize for not remembering the dentist name but he was great and patient. The front desk as well as the exit desk ladies were great with awesome customer service. I only gave 3 stars because the girl with tattoos was unprofessional with bad attitude towards me and my wife. She never introduced herself and started shoving stuff in my mouth and taking xrays without explaining what she was doing! I am on the table in pain and she is over me talking to her coworkers about her tomato garden!! I took my wife with me because she is knowledgeable in dentistry and she just did not allow her to ask questions. I am a provider myself and I do not treat my patients or their families that way. I am definitely going back there as I said I liked the dentist, just hopefully I wont deal with her and her bad attitude.

I had a tooth that needed pulled, and they were able to get me in same day. Staff was very professional, kind and compassionate. Thankful for the fast care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work/treatment.

I was looking for a replacement dentist and found St. Clair Family Dentistry. I have been for two appointments with consistently positive experiences. They are not pushy and condescending as the prior dental office (reason I left.) The staff are pleasant. The hygienist, Kimberley, was very caring, professional and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service I have received from this dentist and staff. I highly recommend and will be returning.

With needing a faster extraction from a broken tooth they were able to see me fast. Being a new customer they didn’t give me a run around or price gouge me. They spoke to me with genuine care. The dental Assistant Rachel was great. She was friendly and funny. Dr. Buckley was a solid guy. Calm and procedural. He was able to crack and joke and my tooth up to get it out. All around a great experience. I will be going to them for my dental needs. They are going to be expanding and building a new location. I look forward to that spot too. But don’t short yourself on checking out some of the new things that are coming up in downtown St. Clair. And one more thing I really loved about this place. No pressure for procedures but information for health. Hope this information helps.

Buckley was my dentist and I would definitely recommend him and the lady that was with me was great. It was my first time being to a dentist and I got a tooth removed, I ended up have to have like a surgical removal or whatever because my tooth was stubborn. Buckley and the lady with us were amazing they helped me feel comfortable and let me take moments to breathe and relax. I really appreciate both of them greatly!

I had a wonderful experience from getting in at the very last minute for a broken tooth. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were even able to find my insurance information since I didn't have my card. After a very short wait, I was fitted for a crown and a temporary was installed. Looking forward to getting the permanent one installed in a couple of weeks. Thanks everyone for making this a positive experience for me. It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist and you all made me feel at ease!
