Wow! I highly recommend Dr. Pauline Demetrakopulos, DDS, and her practice, St. Helena Dental Studio. I had a small hiccup with my insurance, but Betsy and Sharon at the front desk were incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. They told me, “Why don’t we have you start your appointment and we’ll take care of the rest?” We moved right along.My X-ray and exam with Tara were excellent. Tara’s "play-by-play" verbal reassurance was very comforting and calming. When my exam was done, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Demetrakopulos. She introduced herself, finished my examination, and was incredibly personable. She made me feel right at home!Next was my cleaning with the hygienist, Melissa. Melissa also gave me a "play-by-play" verbal reassurance, which was excellent, comforting, calming, and painless. I just can’t say enough about all of these wonderful ladies. True to their word, Betsy and Sharon completely resolved my insurance issue by the time I checked out.
