Dr. Ernst was amazing helping me figure out my finances. Dr. May gave me an amazing first time cleaning in years and helped me calm my anxiety. Dr. Kayla was a very helpful and attentive assistant always asking if I needed something going the extra mile. The front desk people were super charismatic and welcoming with my stay. They all helped me feel comfortable stepping back into a dental office after some time. Great experience, will be definitely be back!

This dental practice exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. They made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. I was very nervous about my appointment because of some personal issues I needed to discuss, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and supported. They went above and beyond in every way. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced a dental practice quite like this before. For the first time, I can truly say that I am looking forward to returning and continuing my treatment plan. The compassion and understanding they showed made all the difference. A special thank you to my dental assistant, Nikki, and the front office manager. They helped calm every nerve I had and made me feel completely at ease. Most importantly, they made me feel normal and understood, which is not something I experience very often. I never leave reviews, but I have genuinely had the best experience with harbour dental care. I have really bad anxiety, and i’ve always struggled with going to the dentist (and with needles and dental work) because of it, but at harbour dental, every staff member is so kind and welcoming so that’s really helped me be able to get my dental work done and prioritize my health. I also really appreciate them helping me find financing options and treatment plans for my dental work. Harbour dental is also SO much more affordable than any other dentist i’ve been to in St. john’s/ St. Augustine. Ive never felt judged or anxious during any of my procedures, and it’s really been a big factor in me actually prioritizing my dental health and getting all of my dental work done. Dr.coleman is so kind and so patient and genuinely cares about every client being comfortable and about their oral health. I am so grateful I found harbour dental and for all the staff making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed for my dental health. I would 100% recommend harbour dental to anyone needing any dental work done.

Harbor Dental care is the best dental office I have been to in my 78 years. From the minute you entered the office you are greeted with a smile and a welcoming staff member who actually is quick to pick up your needs. The dentist, Dr.Coleman, and her assistant, Ann Khayla, are a superior team. They are concerned about your comfort at all times and work steadily to complete the dental work quickly. Dr. Coleman redid 3 caps that I have had since the dark ages, leaving a newer one untouched that is still good. But even more importantly she referred me to a specialist because I had an implant that had worked its way into my sinus cavity and destroyed the bone around it. Since I am having a complete knee replacement, this could have caused me serious problems. Before any work is started you will receive a complete write up of what needs to be done and cost. They work with a company that helps you make payments monthly. Everyone in the office from the receptionist, dental hygienist, to the office manager and those that just see you in passing, speak cordially. The office is made up of true people of faith, not preaching, just living it in their lives. I am recommending them to my friends and family.
