Ibet was absolutely amazing! Her kindness, compassion, and understanding made all the difference during my visit. She talked me through both of my extractions every step of the way, helping to ease my anxiety and making me feel completely comfortable. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at Th read any kind of office. I am so grateful to have found Mrs. Ibet and Dr. Lopez. Their professionalism, patience, and exceptional care exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental care and will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. Thank you both for making what I thought would be a terrifying experience so much easier. I truly cannot express how thankful I am!

The team at SPDC is simply the best dental team in St. Pete—I’d even argue they’re the best within three counties! Dr. Lopez inspires complete confidence with his expertise, while also being genuinely kind and caring. He takes a thoughtful, conservative approach, carefully explaining your options and focusing on solving the problem the right way. The entire staff is second to none. They’re thorough, welcoming, and truly make you feel like a valued person, not just another patient being rushed through the door. You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and your health. And when it comes to cost, they’re refreshingly fair and honest. Exceptional care, amazing people, and great value—it’s hard to imagine a better dental experience. I've transitioned my entire family to their dental care and encourage you to set the appointment and see for yourself. I couldn’t recommend SPDC more highly!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had... the quote is never the quote.... the office on 4th street in st petersburg fl is the worst... you go in to discuss a bill or but their recommended tooth paste or mouth wash and no ecknowledgment I've stood in the office 30 minutes and I may as well be invisible. I also feel that they are doing things that may not need to be done... after thousands of dollars of my own money I have found another independently owned dentist office and not a corporate money grabbing office as I have come to to believe they are. Ypu would be better served going elsewhere. I give them a zero

Dr Lalli & staff were extremely professional, caring & kind. I had pretty major dental surgery split up over a month, twice so far... And was very pleased with the results, reasonable price & overall experience. I'd recommend anyone who needs dental surgery to choose them with 100% confidence.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I had shamefully not been to the dentist in quite some time. From the front desk staff to the dentist tech, assistant and Dr herself, this was a 10/10 experience for me. Everyone was incredibly kind, reassuring, and very informative. You can tell this staff deeply care about their patients & making sure we feel safe and heard. I truly never thought in a million years i’d be leaving a 5 star review for my dentist, but I could not recommend this place more.

As an army veteran I use the VA for my medical needs but after getting laid off from my civilian job a couple years ago I didn't have any dental insurance. I had a horrible experience as a child at the dentist, and I had a pretty bad one as an adult where I was shamed right out of the office. I was absolutely terrified to go back to the dentist. After a lot of research I found this office which has a reputation for compassionate, thorough care. The reputation is absolutely accurate! 🙌 If you're somebody who's scared of the dentist or has anything wrong that you need to take care of, they can handle it all. They have everything under one roof, they're incredibly kind and compassionate, and I left feeling almost silly for my heightened fight or flight response. And it turned out my mouth isn't nearly as bad as the previous dentist shamed me into believing! 🤩 I'm now on track with a treatment plan to get everything taken care of, and I couldn't be more happy to have found this dentist office. Thank you to everyone working there for being patient and understanding. Your empathy, kindness, and compassion is exactly how every doctor's office should be. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the doctor, everybody's phenomenal here. I'm very happy and thrilled to now be on my way to getting my mouth where it needs to be. ❤️

I’ve been coming to this office for several years now and have a great experience every time. The front desk staff are alway friendly and welcoming when I enter the office. They make the check in process so smooth and pleasant and answer any questions I may have. I especially keep coming back for my hygienist, Eva! She has been the best hygienist I have ever been to! She makes every cleaning enjoyable. She is so kind and pleasant to be with during my visits. She is very thorough and detailed with my cleanings and explains everything so I am sure to understand what all she is doing. I recently relocated to Tampa and I still drive to St Pete to see Eva! I will be sad if she ever retires, as I will have to find a new hygienist that will have huge shoes to fill, as Eva is irreplaceable.
