Creating Smiles Dental

If you’re reading reviews to help sway your decision for a dental office, you can be done now. Creating Smiles has beyond exceeded my expectations. As a self proclaimed dental weenie, I can truthfully say that the staff is extremely accommodating and you couldn’t ask for better people. Dr. Brayer listens and addresses all my questions, and Tiffany is like having a best friend in the office! Highly recommend this place!

Best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. Best customer service, friendly, professional and discussed everything in detail. They care about you personally and are completely thorough. They wanted the absolute best for my personal needs and explained every possible option based on my individual needs. They came highly recommended and proved why. So I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best dental care. I thank everyone who helped me today and I am looking forward to all my next appointments.

I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist before but for the first time I can say I have thanks to my SIL who recommended the place! Dr. Phane, Diana and Melody at the front were all great! Dr. Phane was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. Diana is the first dental hygienist I’ve had who made teeth cleaning an enjoyable experience and not a painful one. This will be my dental place I go to from now on. Thank you everyone!

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and I will say Tiffany , and Dr. Phane are simply the best. They are kind, considerate and make sure that they make the experience as pleasant as possible. I’ve had some bad experiences in St. Pete but this place is great and I definitely recommend it. Thank you to all the wonderful people who work there.

Monday morning I woke up to a nightmare, I notice that my top bridge was loose. As I carefully brushed my teeth it totally fell out. Now I'm in panic mode, I immediately started looking for a walk in dentist. I came across Creating Smiles Dental and after reading the reviews that customers couldn't say enough nice things about this practice, I called. They do accept walk -ins but they was all booked for today. I waited for the receptionist to find an available day, she then fortunate for me stated that if I could come at 11:30, I could be seen. I didn't have insurance but the check -in fee was very reasonable. My wait time to be called to the back was not long at all. The technican took my X-rays and then Dr. Phane came in to introduce herself. She is very pleasant explained everything that would be done step by step. She showed genuine concern for my comfort and really knew her craft. Not only did she replace my bridge but she also corrected an issue which should of been done when I first got them. The whole staff was very kind with upbeat attitudes, which was really nice. Honestly I was in the process of finding a new dentist and today I think I have.

My husband and I went to 4 different dentists after moving to St. Pete before we found the quality care of Dr Brayer. Dr. Brayer is skilled, consultative (she explains exactly what she’s doing and what your options are), and patient. While other dentists in the area felt rushed, dismissive, and embraced a “good enough” mentality, Dr. Brayer clearly takes pride in her work and patient relationships. I trust her judgement and advice wholeheartedly. The office itself is immaculate and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Brayer and we feel one step closer to feeling at home in St Pete!
