one lady works there Very very rude person,she is a receptionist/front desk and working with schedule.even if you asked her "May i know your name please " she would not tell you your name.very unprofessional.doesn't know how to behave with patient and doesn't understand or speak english well.Also I made a complaint against her to her manager and manager sounds like its fine,manager didn't even apologies for that rude behavior. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go that dental clinic .extremely terrible dental clinic and scheduler/receptionist.Manager is unprofessional too.very rude and disrespectful staff working there.

Don’t go to this doctor even if you have no teeth left in your mouth he’s a scam he make you pay upfront then put you a tooth that’s broke in half after 3 days that’s I pay for it 2750$ I went back to him after 3 days he said if you want another tooth you have to pay another 2000$ I wish if google can put negative starts not only one star as the Lowest it was my mistake I didn’t look up the other people Experian with this scam doctor before I go idk how thieves became doctors 👎👎👎👎👎

The worst dentistry in Michigan, everyone is extremely rude. Went there to get dental work done. The doctor told me you have to pay $1030 before they can even give me an appointment. I had a big emergency and they didn’t even want to take me as soon as possible, they gave me a random date. I couldn’t wait so I went and saw another dentist that took me right away and told me if I waited it would have been a big problem like an infection or even other health problems, thank God I didn’t wait on them to do any work on me. I called to get my money back they said sorry we will not give you anything back no matter what, you can do whatever you want and she hang up the phone on my face. Went in person on their regular hours on a Tuesday and no one is in the office. These people are trying to run away with my money and God knows how many other patients they did the same thing to. I worn you whatever you do don’t step a foot here, biggest scammers and very rude people and environment.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.. The dentist said I needed a deep cleaning and they would send a request to my insurance. After it was denied, I asked if they could try again. I got a call back and the person on the phone basically told me my options were to pay around $1000 out of pocket or go see another dentist. The way it was said came off pretty rude and dismissive. Not the kind of experience I expected from a dental clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The doctor’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. From the beginning, my concerns were not taken seriously. I repeatedly told the dentist that the crown he placed was hurting me and that my gums were swollen, but every time I brought it up, he dismissed it and told me that it was “normal” and that I would “get used to it.” A crown should never cause ongoing pain like that, and a patient’s concerns should never be ignored. After a couple of years, the crown actually fell out while I was eating, which confirmed that something was clearly wrong from the beginning. What upset me the most was the lack of care and respect toward me as a patient. Instead of listening and trying to solve the problem, the doctor brushed off my concerns. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with professionalism. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
