I always have a great experience at Forever Young dental office. The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shout-out to my hygienist, Robin — she is absolutely amazing. She’s gentle, thorough, and explains everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. My 8-year-old also loves coming here and hops right in the chair which says a lot! She even gets to pick a small gift before leaving. They are wonderful with kids and makes dental visits stress-free. I highly recommend this office and especially Robin to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Excellent service from Forever Young! Dr. Young and his staff are true professionals who will take care of any of your dental needs. Hygienists are phenomenal as well! I don’t think you’ll find a better group of caring professionals.

as someone who has severe anxiety and let my teeth go because of that, the women at this office were all incredibly helpful and friendly and were great at putting my mind at ease. i was unable to get everyones name because all i did was cry for two hours straight. but they treated me with such kindness and care, more than i ever could have imagined. it took a lot of courage for me to even make the call so i really appreciated how the approached me and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

( 5 star because Dr.Young is amazing and cares, I also had a beautiful experience with Shelley, very sweet) I won’t degrade the entire office because of 1 person being unpleasant. Kelly at the front desk has been rude to me on more than one occasion, and this most recent interaction confirmed that it is a pattern. To be clear, my complaint has nothing to do with being told the office is booked or not getting what I want. I understand that schedules are full. My concern is entirely about how patients are treated. On this call, the phone conveniently disconnected, and when I called back, Kelly laughed slightly and continued on without acknowledging it. When I pointed out the coincidence, she said nothing. Her tone came across as passive-aggressive and dismissive. I then asked if someone else could assist me, and she told me no one else was at the front desk. Yet moments later, she put me on hold and another person picked up the phone. That kind of behavior feels dishonest and unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially in a medical or dental office where patients should feel respected. Kelly’s communication style is rude, unpleasant, and unnecessarily difficult to deal with. This is now more than a one-time bad moment. I hope management addresses it, because no patient should have to deal with that kind of treatment.
