FLOSS Dental Sugar Land

I wanted to like this place but after giving them a few years and thousands of dollars I am done. 1) the receptionist, miscommunication and mixing of schedules, giving one instruction over the phone and changing their word later; 2) the coordinator, she has a bad attitude and does not like answering any insurance questions; 3) profit focus, even for healthy patients they try to push for unnecessary cleaning treatments to pay for their expensive machines.

Dr. Patel has been my family’s dentist for over a decade, and he is simply the best! He is kind, friendly, and truly cares about his patients. He always makes us feel comfortable and provides exceptional care. We trust him completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist!

Great dental practice. All of the hygienists are friendly and have given me great tips for how to improve my oral hygiene which I feel like I've never had before. Dr. Baba is the best and I will literally go to any practice he's at just to keep him as my dentist! 10/10

I love Floss Dentistry. I have been going here for years and everyone is super friendly. I see Dr. Patel and he had amazing bedside manners. Aside from that, you intuitively know you are well cared for and in good hands when you are at Floss! My hygienist, Jenna is just nothing short of genuine yet phenomenal. She is excellent and you will feel at ease when you are in her care. Jordan at the front desk is exceptionally kind and informative. I always leave Floss with a bright smile and feeling fabulously happy. If you need a dental cleaning or any dental work done, look no further. I highly recommend Floss dentistry!
