Family Smiles of Sulphur Springs

Started bringing my daughter here when she was 4 or 5 and she absolutely loves this place. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists are so nice and warm. It’s really great having a dentist office your kid actually enjoys going to!

The staff is nice, helpful, and gentle when providing treatment. Started using the clinic a year ago and have appreciated the review in plan, cost, and working with me for any services needed. Its a full service family clinic, so the kids, parents, or just anyone are welcome.

Over a month ago ii scheduled an appointment, with the understanding I would be getting an exam, X-rays and cleaning, by a hygienist, all the same day! Now upon confirming I ask to confirm this! Alexia said no just and exam and X-rays, clean would be scheduled after they determine if I need a deep cleaning or not! I explained I work in dental field for 23years, not need nor want a deep cleaning! With gas prices and distance I need to travel, I want regular cleaning the same day! Alexia “sorry mama we can’t just take your word for that”. I told her I took their word for it when I was told I would get exam, X-rays AND cleaning at this visit! She wouldn’t budge so I said just to cancel my appointment! She was ok with losing a customer!

I love Family Smiles of Sulpher Springs. The staff is amazing. Super nice and always great you with a smile. There is not waiting forever to be seen. They get you in and out pretty quickly. And do not get all grumpy if something comes up and you have to reschedule last minute they are more than happy to set you up for a different day that will work better for you and your kids' schedule.

My review is conflicted they were absolutely amazing with my toddler BUT I was told a few times that the cleaning was included with his exam so we went ahead and did it and at the end of the appointment they charged an additional $70 for the cleaning that they said was already included in the cost that I had already paid. So I was very unhappy with the front office but they were all fantastic in the back with my son.
