Downtown Dental Syracuse

Had a work related broken tooth. Called 10 different offices no one could help me out! Down Town Dental was the only office that accepted the comp case and got it done fast and easy!

Dr. Meade was unbelievable today, including his staff. They got me in quickly and with care. They have all the hi-tech equipment, especially the 3d xray machines that caught my infection in my back teeth. Then he pulled them out. I seriously didn't feel the tooth being pulled out. Trust me i have high anxiety and i wasn't nervous once. I felt no pain throughout the process and nothing after more than the usual pain from that procedure. I have been going here for 20 years. The dentists are excellent, the hygienists are great, and the staff is professional and courteous. And to top it off, they always run on time!

Nancy did a great job cleaning my teeth and the new X-ray equipment is awesome. Office has transformed into a high tech efficient dental office that caters to busy professional in need of thorough exams and dental procedures, love it!

Over a year ago I started getting toothache. I didn't have a regular dentist or insurance, so I went to Aspen. They did a check and told me that in addition to the bad tooth, I needed like seven fillings, in all 7000 in work done. So I looked around for an alternative, found DDS was nearby and went there hoping for a better opinion. They were great, checked me over and told me I only needed one filling replaced in addition to the crown work. They did the work, it was easy and stress free. Since then I've been coming for regular check ups, and they've been super. Best dentist experience I've had.

This is a great place to go for your dental needs! Staff is friendly, its easy to schedule appointments and you dont have to wait too long. Dr. Mead was so friendly, and his assistant Mary was thorough in her work and very sweet. Thank you for making an uncomfortable experience easy as pie, you guys.

Dr. Mead did a fantastic job! He and his staff are very nice, cordial & friendly. Like ANY service based company in 2026, the focus is in billable time for service. I would think they would offer some of their elderly customers a discount as we are all on fixed incomes, but still need professional services. Just an idea for the future. Respectfully, Paul Clapper
