Downtown Dental Syracuse

I have been going here for 20 years. The dentists are excellent, the hygienists are great, and the staff is professional and courteous. And to top it off, they always run on time!

It always makes me feel better when I get my teeth cleaned. The office staff and everyone are so nice and friendly. Dr. Zimmerman is friendly and professional. It is always a good experience.

Over a year ago I started getting toothache. I didn't have a regular dentist or insurance, so I went to Aspen. They did a check and told me that in addition to the bad tooth, I needed like seven fillings, in all 7000 in work done. So I looked around for an alternative, found DDS was nearby and went there hoping for a better opinion. They were great, checked me over and told me I only needed one filling replaced in addition to the crown work. They did the work, it was easy and stress free. Since then I've been coming for regular check ups, and they've been super. Best dentist experience I've had.

This is a great place to go for your dental needs! Staff is friendly, its easy to schedule appointments and you dont have to wait too long. Dr. Mead was so friendly, and his assistant Mary was thorough in her work and very sweet. Thank you for making an uncomfortable experience easy as pie, you guys.

Dr. Mead did a fantastic job! He and his staff are very nice, cordial & friendly. Like ANY service based company in 2026, the focus is in billable time for service. I would think they would offer some of their elderly customers a discount as we are all on fixed incomes, but still need professional services. Just an idea for the future. Respectfully, Paul Clapper
