My daughter has received great care for her regular dental and orthodontics. Would recommend to anybody to go there from the staff in the front to the back, very polite and very informative if I have any questions.

My first visit there was fantastic. The technology, professionalism, and my doctor were great. I was very pleased with the appointment and hope for many more excellent visits.

Been going here for years with 6 family members. Since their move to new location, they have changed for the worst. Son had appointment today they canceled his appointment because of an insurance mistake. So I canceled all other appointments with family members. Not going here again. Canceled at last moment, it takes us almost an hour to get there. I hope the office manager reads this as Kaitlyn did not blink an eye about canceling all appointments. You know who I am. Call me if you have questions. This post will remain up otherwise.

This is one of my better experiences at the dentist. My appointment was at 9 and I got seen at 9. Very impressive, and service was great. Very friendly staff. All the way round, good. I tell all my friends to come here.

My husband Mike cloud was very happy with the results of his visit and check up and evaluation. I have to say I was happy as well for what is planned to help my husband with his teeth and his suffering will be treated finally. ThAnk you so much

This is probably one of the worst offices I’ve been to. The office staff is very hostile. The dentist won’t even speak to you and will not deliver or discuss the treatment plan. I was very specific in what I wanted and the dentist refused through his assistant and instead gave me a plan that requires more money and more visits. I would pick somewhere else. I canceled all of our appointments at the Taylor office as well because of this interaction.

Save your money and your time. VA sent me here for a new porcelain snap in bottom denture. Received acrylic with metal base in Jan 2026 and after 5+ adjustments I'm still unable to chew food. Dentist told me I'd never be happy. He offered to charge VA to make another one. VA already has complaints about this dental practice and I will add another one to the stack. They also incorrectly billed delta dental for $11,500 for a fixed denture. Staff is nice, Dr. Slighly not so much.
