Best dental experience I have ever had. The staff including Linley, Chris, Henna & Chloe could not have been more helpful and attentive to my needs. Dr Slightly was the best.

Horrible experience at total dentistry today. I went in today for an exam on a specific part of my mouth. Thinking I had oral cancer. When the doctor Dr. Brian Slighly came in he told me that I was “stinking up the entire office” with “you know what” I in fact had no idea what he was talking about. He didn’t even look at me or answer any question I had about my oral health. Just made a comment about my “smell” then left the room. I paid 130$ to get this exam and questions answered but all I got was a rude doctor named Dr. Brian Slighly telling me I smelled bad. I do not ever recommend going here. Horrible experience and I still have none of my concerns answered

Great people, clean facility’s and my hygienist is wonderful. She asked if I am okay and comfortable. She makes my dentist visit a not painful experience!

My daughter has received great care for her regular dental and orthodontics. Would recommend to anybody to go there from the staff in the front to the back, very polite and very informative if I have any questions.

My first visit there was fantastic. The technology, professionalism, and my doctor were great. I was very pleased with the appointment and hope for many more excellent visits.

Been going here for years with 6 family members. Since their move to new location, they have changed for the worst. Son had appointment today they canceled his appointment because of an insurance mistake. So I canceled all other appointments with family members. Not going here again. Canceled at last moment, it takes us almost an hour to get there. I hope the office manager reads this as Kaitlyn did not blink an eye about canceling all appointments. You know who I am. Call me if you have questions. This post will remain up otherwise.

This is one of my better experiences at the dentist. My appointment was at 9 and I got seen at 9. Very impressive, and service was great. Very friendly staff. All the way round, good. I tell all my friends to come here.

This is probably one of the worst offices I’ve been to. The office staff is very hostile. The dentist won’t even speak to you and will not deliver or discuss the treatment plan. I was very specific in what I wanted and the dentist refused through his assistant and instead gave me a plan that requires more money and more visits. I would pick somewhere else. I canceled all of our appointments at the Taylor office as well because of this interaction.

Save your money and your time. VA sent me here for a new porcelain snap in bottom denture. Received acrylic with metal base in Jan 2026 and after 5+ adjustments I'm still unable to chew food. Dentist told me I'd never be happy. He offered to charge VA to make another one. VA already has complaints about this dental practice and I will add another one to the stack. They also incorrectly billed delta dental for $11,500 for a fixed denture. Staff is nice, Dr. Slighly not so much.
