I had such a wonderful experience at Woodlands Dental Group in The Woodlands, TX! From check-in to the dental assistant, my visit with Dr. Arsiwala, and finally check-out, the entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless. Whoever manages this dental practice has it down to a science! It’s clear that efficiency, organization, and the patient experience are genuinely prioritized here. I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize Tina, who was truly exceptional. I’ve never encountered another dental assistant quite like her. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and intentional throughout every step of my X-rays and cleaning. Somehow, she managed to make me feel completely relaxed while I was being poked and prodded! 😆 Her level of care and thoughtfulness is unmatched. Tina made what would normally be a routine dental appointment a genuinely memorable experience. The team here is top notch. The front desk is always friendly and makes scheduling and checking in a breeze. The dentist have always been knowledgable and very through with my checkups every single visit. It's hard to imagine a more comforting and quality environment when I think of going to the dentist.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are great, both personable and professional. He has been our family dentist for 15 years and has always provided top notch care but has never pushed for any unnecessary work. His staff is a pleasure to work with whether scheduling with Anita, cleaning with Stacy or dental work with Dr. Freeman and Kathy. They work as an efficient team, getting the work done in minimal time and always with concern for patient comfort. The senior discount is nice for us retired folks too.

Dr Freeman has been my family dentist for 20+ years. He and his staff are kind and caring. They make me feel welcome and at ease. Their goal is the same as mine, keep my mouth healthy and my teeth smilingly beautiful!

Dr Dernick has been our dentist for more than 20 years. He is a very competent doctor has great manners and most importantly is very honest! We moved from The Woodlands but we still drive more than an hour to go see him. His hygienists and his staff are great as well!
