The hype is real, this is the best dentist office. Dr. Chung is kind, attentive, and thorough. And I had the best cleaning experience with Amber, who was so considerate and went all out to make the process as painless as possible for my hypersensitive teeth and their eroded enamel situation. I made my next appointment without hesitation or dread. My thanks to the whole team- every person along the way was simply lovely.

Tigard City Dental is so awesome for their very kind and compassionate staff. They're easy to communicate with and are very patient. I wasn't able to go to a dentist for quite a long time and was a bit embarrassed about the state of my teeth when Dr. Chung told me "We aren't here to judge you, we're here to help you!" This, combined with the entire practice's efforts to say my name correctly (pronounced a bit differently than it's spelled) made for a very meaningful and impactful experience. They're so respectful and even made me look forward to my appointments. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist for any reason, this is the place for you. They're quick, professional, non-judgmental, and accommodating.

Dr. Chung and his entire staff are professional, polite & extremely knowledgeable. Have been a patient for well over 15 years and always a pleasant experience - unique for seeing a dentist.

I had an amazing experience at Tigard City Dental. I don't have insurance at the moment and don't have a regular dentist in the area, but this morning my dog jumped up and hit my face, breaking my front tooth. I called city dental and they got me in right away. Not only that but they were able to fix it right away as well, and it looks like nothing ever happened! I was so worried and they made me feel completely at ease. The receptionist was so kind reviewing payment options and keeping me informed. Dr. Chung was thorough, gentle, and explained every step of the way. It's been a while since I felt so comfortable at a dentist office. I will definitely be back.

Tigard City Dental is the BEST! Dr. Chung and his staff are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. Shannon is a joy to work with, and has been so helpful with my family’s scheduling needs. TCD has wonderful dental hygienists! Amber is fabulous and highly skilled!
