Trinity Dental Excellence

I had an excellent experience with this dental office.They were extremely thorough, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I experienced no pain, and their attention to detail was impressive--they are truly perfectionist when it comes to their work. The office uses great technology, which made the experience even better, and the entire staff was caring and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dentist who takes pride in providing exceptional care.

If I could leave no stars I would. First complaint is the fact that we had to switch dentists and both my girls came here. Neither one of them had any cavities at their prior visit with their previous dentist and after we sat there for over 2 hours we were told one had about 7 cavities and the other had 9 or something. Some outrageous number. I took them to a new dentist because I knew this was off and what do you know one had no cavities and the other had 2. Fast forward my daughter who just turned 18 a couple weeks ago received a collection for $40 + $25 (interest) I never received a paper bill. At the date of service she was underage back in November. I called the collection agency and they said the dental office is NOT supposed to do that since she was underage. I called the office and Lindsey from the front desk goes thru the account and says I received text messages and emails but never sent me a paper bill and proceeds to say that it is important for me to read my texts and emails. She also said my daughter turned 18 recently that’s why the bill went to her and they also tried calling her. I find all of this to be extremely ridiculous and a huge money grab, from the moment we set foot in this office. DO NOT GO HERE

I have never been so blown away and disrespected by unprofessionalism like I have here. It’s a shame too because I’ve been with this place for 5 or 6 years now. Within that time they’ve had 4 different dentists come through so every time I’m back in it’s a new person. Which is a big issue for me as I had major orthodontic and dental trauma as a child, which they know here. I went in for follow up crown work the day after getting a crown put in and when I sat in the chair and stated to let the dentist know about my frustration from the day prior she jumped so fast to defensive attitude and started pointing g her finger in my face, cut me off and would even hear me out. Made a huge scene in the office to the point where every single patient and employee was paying attention room and in the hall to see what was happening. As did the front desk people. All the while never even getting to explain or have an adult conversation about it On top of it all I asked the from dear to relay this to the owner and that I’d like a phone call from the owner so I can explain my position….this was a week ago and I have t heard a word so here’s my review than Completely unprofessional completely immature and quite frankly disgusting. Learn better table side manners dr. Absolutely would not go here. I would put a zero star if I could

Ok so I’m an old vet and I needed a lot of work: 1 extraction, 2 crowns and 3 bridges and a partridge in a pear tree. ;). That’s 11 teeth impacted and months of work. They were exceptional at every step. I am very grateful for the level of expertise, care and concern they displayed. This is my dentist going forward!

My old dentist went out of business and I’m glad they did. This dentist is great. It’s so nice and so are the staff. Nothing hurt except maybe a little pinch on an X-ray. There is music on a tv on the ceiling. They explain any costs before hand and ask you if you want to do it first. I left with a clean mouth and owing nothing and a big smile on my face. See you in six months.

This office was recommended to me and I’m so glad I found them. It’s so important to have a dentist you can trust and is an expert in the field. Dr. Porcelli is friendly, patient, and takes her time to answer your questions. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, from administration, the hygienist, and the doctors assistants. I look forward to a long & permanent relationship.
